This was the 3rd Chipotle I went to the day after it snowed. First two(evendale and woodlawn) were closed. Thank God for these dedicated souls, and thank God I have such a great 14 yo son that just had to have Chipotle and he has such a swell father I drove to three different restaurants just so he could get the excellent bowls ordered. I hadn’t had Chipotle in sooo long due to a really stingy bowl we got a few years ago. Confidence restored.

Food was good, although service was a little slow today. I honestly just wanted to leave a review to say that the manager of the shift was doing a great job holding everything together. I wish I had gotten his name… he was cooking, cashiering, and on the line helping customers on 12/20/25 around 4pm. Seemed like he was the only one moving. Just wanted to say I appreciate all the effort he was putting in. The food industry in general has gone pretty downhill, but it’s nice to see someone who cares about what they do and wants to provide good service. Thank you.

Asked for red sauce and there is only a teaspoon on it. Tired of ordering pickup and they find a way to rob you. There is barely any steak on it. The franchise is going down hill in my opinion. When they first opened up, Chipotle was awesome. But now they let greed get to their head and end up screwing over the customers

Stopped in and they seemed to be understaffed for the business volume.
One employee and a manager, the manager was absolutely rocking it and representing the brand in a stellar way, the employee was borderline not even useful. Listened to the manager do his best to be constructive and get support from his team member to no avail. Basically was a one man show.
If that manager hadn’t been there, your location would not be able to conduct business today. Corporations rarely take care of their people but that manager should be taken care of, because if you lose him your location will suffer.
Chipotle as a brand continues to go down the drain, you have a couple special gifted people left and your manager working today was one of them.

Just came out of this place and they refused to sell me a bag of chips with my bowl because it’s for online orders only… fyi there are no online orders and I’m here now to buy a bag. Why you wouldn’t sell it to me is probably the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. Business is business and at the end of the day it’s first come first serve, if I’m going to pay for something sell it especially if no one else has purchased it yet. You guys obviously don’t know what you’re doing if you’re saving chips for someone who might not even purchase by the end of the night. So you just lost a customer who would have eaten here everyday while being here for work all week… but instead you choose to lose a customer for a potential sale later. For the people who were working here tonight… I’m sorry but you will never own your own business and that to me is sad. Good luck

This was a disappointing experience as it was dinner time and they were packed but low on key items. They had no steak, no fajita veggies, and ran out of ice. The only reason they get a 2 is that they were friendly(aside from requesting ice refill three times) and it was clean.

While ordering they kept giving me what seemed like half portions instead of restocking the food. I asked for beans, none were put in the bowl, why telling them that they then tried to give me 1 sauce cup full of… Workers also hard difficulty communicating.

We had ordered a takeout and on my fifth or sixth bite i realized the food in my mouth had metal blade pieces in my mouth from the food in my mouth as i felt something sharp and hard in my mouth so i spat it out and found the two pieces of blades and a little bit of blood taste in my mouth…luckily my cousin and wife had not consumed that much food. so we went back to chipotle and gave them all the food back(three burritos bowls and one cheese quesadilla as we didn’t want to take any chances with any of it) and asked for a refund only for the cost of food and we also told them we don’t want any replacements either …the staff on duty initially said they will refund it but after calling the manager over the phone the chipotle staff said that its not their blade we found in there and that they will only refund the one bowl with blade and not the others needless to say very bad service we would not put blades in food ourselves and so we just decided to file a credit card dispute ….we went back also because we were trying to not have someone else swallow the blades not because we were trying to score a free meal or cause any issues for anyone else. The quesadilla was for my five year old and that could have gone wrong in many ways. Plus most of the food in there was not consumed by us to begin with which I’m very thankful for as no one wants to swallow sharp metals that can potentially kill you.

I ordered through DoorDash and I had ordered white rice along with barbacoa but instead I got NO RICE , and They gave me chicken instead of barbacoa , my bowl was full mostly out of black beans. I have worked in this place before and we were full of good, hardworking employees. Now this place is a disaster , not knowing how to do order. Whoever did my bowl , please look through the orders correctly, Thank you

Stingy with the meat and the addons… Thanks GOD I found a fair Chipotle near here too but this one! A constant disappointment… it’s the most stable thing in my life actually! I can always depend on this Chipotle to be stngy!
