We sometimes close earlier than stated online. Everything is made to order and it’s a small kitchen, so unfortunately there’s often a longer wait than we’d like. Excellent old-timey vibes. A little gem! It’s old fashioned burgers, shakes, and fries all encompassed in a small diner with some seating inside but a lot of space outside on patio. The food itself can range from a small burger to 1 1/2 lb big burger… get the curly fries! How hungry are you? Good pricing for quantity.

biggest 24oz burger we ever had. we cut it in half just to be able to eat it. food was juicy and delicious. onion rings were crispy and golden, tator tots were great. awesome service. Kids ate burgers and mini corn dogs. they said it was our new burger spot.

The service was unmatched. The staff was attentive, ensuring everything was perfect without being overbearing. Tabitha made me feel like VIP.
I was welcomed with a smile by front desk cashier Karly and given the menue. I wanted to leave because of the longer waiting time, but I didn’t because There was a beautiful girl in the kitchen, Tabithain, who said that she could make my dinner in 5 minutes. I decided to stay and ordered. Believe it or not, the Food was very tasty, felt like it was home made and the quantity was good enough to satisfy a person with good appetite. Both Tabitha and Karly were very professional, smart, quick to prepare the food and of course extremely beautiful. You will definitely enjoy your meal in this place. Please give it a try. 5 stars from my side.
There is some room for improvement in terms of the sanitation of the toilet. But what matters is the food and inside the restaurant. The food was absolutely delicious! The burger and the fries were perfectly prepared and beautifully presented. The flavors were well-balanced and the ingredients tasted incredibly fresh.
The prices were very reasonable for the quality of food and service. Definitely worth every penny!

This is my 2nd time at Jumbo Burger. This time Katie took my order. As soon as I paid with my credit card she recognized that I was the one who called 6 hrs ago asking asking their closing time . Her customer service is phenominal. There is something about their food as well that attracts you all the time. I was working in Lebanon, TN today and drove about 1 hrs just to get to this place. The staff was great. The receptionist, Katie very helpful and answered all my questions. The service took some time, but it definitely worth it. the staff at the counter were very friendly and helpful. I ordered the big Jack sandwich, and it was cooked perfectly with a nice crispy exterior and juicy inside. The fries were also hot and crispy. The dining area was clean and well-maintained. Overall, it was a great experience, and I would definitely recommend it for a fast and tasty meal. Karla and Tabitha you are being missed.

This is one of my favorite places to eat. My first time I visited, I asked a woman behind the counter, I wanted the biggest cheeseburger, 2 orders of onion rings and a large chocolate shake. That’s exactly what I got, that was the best burger I’ve tasted in a very long time, it was glorious. The juices squirted all over my clothes, because I was eating it in my car instead of in the building. It was great! So, what are you waiting for, go give yourself a special treat today. Thanks!

I’m sure the food here is great, but I decided not to eat anything after the service. We haven’t had any food here before so we read the menu a took a bit to order, but I had assumed that was no big deal considering there was no line, apparently I was wrong. The person taking our order was very rude to us, and very nice to the next person despite our party trying to be polite. Our order took 40 minutes to go through, others had ordered, sat down, eaten, and left 2 times before we got our food. They were rude when we asked why the order had taken so long and one cook said “maybe if you didn’t take so long to order, you would’ve gotten your food faster”. We spent $60 to support a local business, but hey maybe we did something wrong, we won’t know cause we won’t be going back

We came today on a thursday waited for about 40 mins for our food. The soda machine was very watered down. They gave us a little bit of fries too. The burgers were good as were the milkshakes. Probably won’t come back again.

I’ve been going to the Jumbo House for years. I especially love their hamburgers and fresh-made milkshakes. Sometimes I get the fried gizzards, and they’re great. It’s just a great place to eat. It might need to be remodeled a little, but it has a wonderful atmosphere, everybody is friendly, and the customer service is great.
