First the leaf blower in the parking lot made ordering and listening to the employee difficult next I got there at 10:30 am for the lunch menu I ordered the quarter pounder large fries. Fries barely warm should have been piping hot fresh out of the fryer and 10:30 for lunch not premade getting cold and 10:15 and my quarterpound looks like yesterdays the cheese is old and dry and my burger stone cold. If the burger was fresh cooked the cheese would have melted to the burger and stuck to the bun which clearly it isn’t. I ordered it without onions so I knew it should have been made fresh and it wasn’t. I am mad my food is disgusting I want a refund shame on you mcdonald’s

I had a great experience yesterday. I had a mobile order that I made online and when I got there to pick it up I saw a sign that was advertising hot chocolate. So I asked the lady, that was helping me (I wish I got her name) if I can order the hot chocolate and she started making it before I even got the chance to pay for it and once I did pay for it my drink was already done. She was super sweet and made my day. She said “that it’ll keep you extra warm because it was made with love” it was so sweet especially since I had been standing in the cold weather waiting for the bus for 30 minutes prior to walking into this place.

I order online from them and most of my food is not in the bag. Missing 2 6 piece nuggets. My Happy meal missing the fries, no chocolate milk either. I order bacon on my sandwich got charged 3 dollars for it never got back . Like I’m not satisfied at all.

I go there everymorning before work and i am done with this place this one has to be the most nastiness mcdonalds on the west side and I never get good food in the morning or silverware. The food is never hot patties are always burt and dry and I am now going to have to go put my way to the other one on west broad.

They put sugar in my “plain latte” and were so rude and dismissive I didn’t trust to return it and drink what they gave me plus I didn’t have another 20 minutes to wait for a second one. If you’re gonna choose a McDonald’s on Broad Street @6am my advice is make the trip to Lincoln Village.
McDonald’s as a company could really benefit from customer service training I get the feeling I’m not wanted in so many McDonald’s restaurants when I show up @6am.
I get it who else has Lattes for 5 or $6 bucks?
I guess you get what you pay for and if I expect customer service maybe I should pay more.

Apparently they don’t make frappes at 6:30am and they’re rude they just threw my $15 order in the bag however. With prices increased by 100% in the last 10 years, not worth the attitude in the morning. If you don’t want to be at work at 6:30am talking to any customers, work in a warehouse or something. Nobody wants to ruin their day by stopping at this McDonalds at 630 in the morning.

I received the wrong sandwiches with my order in the drive through, not a big deal for me usually cause, things happen, but when i pulled up to the window I hear the manager on duty tonight say”oh well, they”ll be alright” and closes the window. I had a feeling something was wrong because no one was in front of us, I saw four items in my bag and we were waiting on a sprite, I thought that was the issue, then i got home and saw that we had the wrong sandwiches, that manager knew and didn’t care.

This place has great service. They usually always get my order right but today my sausage McMuffin bread was soggy I asked them to remake it and the new one I got was soggy as well, I ended up just getting a refund. I’ll be back but not for breakfast

The store is almost always dirty crumbs on tables and wet floors and half the staff isn’t competent the other night I ordered two meals and only got a bag with a drink and some fries and AN UNGODLY AMOUNT OF SUACES (like someone just threw random handfuls in my bag) so I went to get it corrected only to see they messed up again and I was still missing two items so for the Third time I go and they finally give me everything but the whole experience was just insane like I’m sorry how to I order 2 meals and only get 1 fry
