Upon pulling into the parking lot 2 employees were standing in the middle of the road.as one of them a very large and heavyset individual with red or purple hair glared at me while only taking a step or 2 out of the way making me have to swing wide to get past them. I get to the window to order the girl was nice enough but I had to repeat my order a few times before she got it down. Get to the window my coke is ready. I pay and she has me pull forward. I wait about 2 minutes. And it wasn’t for hot or fresh food. The double stack was cold and had so much mustard on it that’s the only thing I tasted for the remainder of my meal. The jr bacon I ordered was cold as well and the bacon was half raw. The buns were stale and had hard spots on both sandwiches. Instead of a small fry I got the value or kids meal size and they were cold as well with zero salt on them. Here I thought I was getting pulled up for fresh food the way Dave Thomas intended but it was so the individual in the parking lot could finish their cigarettes instead it would seem. The burgers are square because corners aren’t cut. But I do believe this Wendy’s doesn’t not follow that tradition.

Not bad at all. Two to three cars in the drive thru, I was asked to pull around and they would bring it out. I wasn’t upset as my food was fresh, hot and it did not take long to receive. I appreciate that!

I created a Google account to give good reviews for companies that went above and beyond. This is my first negative review that I’ve wrote since I joined.

A few weeks ago work was crazy so I dipped out for a bit for lunch and to escape for a little while. I was going through the drive thru here and the kid on the intercom was speaking very low to where I couldn’t understand anything he was saying and he sounded very distracted. At first I didn’t know if it was an intercom problem or him just speaking low so I wasn’t feeling irritated at all.

After a bit he told me to pull up to the first window. I pulled up to the window and the kid with the headset on was playing on his phone a little ways back from the window. There was nobody else around him. I’ve had family who worked the restaurant business so I’m not the type to get inpatient and rude. After about 10 minutes I pulled up to the second window thinking that maybe I heard the kid wrong. There was an older lady there who snapped at me immediately to go back to the first window to pay. I explained to her what was happening and she still was snapping and waving the cars behind me to go back so I could reverse. The gentleman behind me in line was yelling at both the kid on the phone and the lady at the second window about the kid standing around on his phone. At that point I was aggravated and it wasn’t worth it so I left. The two vehicles behind me in line left as well.

I understand that the restaurant business isn’t easy but this customer service here was so ridiculous that it almost felt like a comedy. I still love my Wendy’s but I certainly won’t be going back to this location.

Have you ever regretted going to a place?
Exactly! We walked in to order, stood at the empty cah register, while a small group of patrons waited forever to be served after they ordered. During the frustrating wait to be acknowledged and our order taken, we noticed they the few workers handling business seemed oblivious to the dine in customers and were only serving drive thru customers.
After an agonizing and embarrassing wait we figured that we could probably get better served by going on the drive thru, we left, got in the parked car and proceeded to get to the ordering board. We were pleased to be asked to order relatively quick, proceeded to order, only to be told to wait and wished we had just gone somewhere else. But being hungry and tired of the aggravating circumstances, decided to wait, we finally got our order taken, only to have to wait 20 to 15 minutes to get our order Finally! Only to get barely warm food eventually…
The End. You be the judge. Fast Food is dead, you get what you get, unless you double-check at the window and make sure you get what you order. ⚰️

Every time I come to the store it’s always something the food’s either not fresh the stuff is either rude really slow lines the orders always wrong and lately I’ve been coming in the morning about 7:45 and the store is not open but online and every other Wendy’s is open at 7:00 but they’re in there on their phones not even answering the intercom. When I drive around they give hand signals that they’re not open yet I’m just confused as to what time they open when they advertise 7:00 a.m. to 2:00 a.m..

Store employee wasnt very nice to me. I could clearly see that she didnt like me because I was black. Upon receiving my food, I inspected it. Why? Because she never said one word to me after going thru drive thru. Ive worked in fast food and I know when the meat is incredibly old. Hindsight, I should’ve taken pics. Anyway, the meat was old and very small. I ordered a bacon double stack with no onions and I got 2 pieces of very old meat and very old spicy nuggets. They were very hard on one side suggesting that they were old. I didnt eat the food, I threw it away and I’ll never in life stop to that Waldo, FL store ever again in life.

So I thought about trying something new with the Chili Cheese Fries from Wendy’s and the saucy nuggets….. Well chili cheese fries seem to be fries with some chili sauce and broken up patty on top and saucy nuggets are some nuggets LIGHTLY tossed in sauce nowhere near saucy. ‍♀️ I guess I have to stick to my regular order cause trying something new has left me disappointed.

Went to dine in at 830am and the doors were locked, and was told go through the drive-thru. Placed an order for the breakfast baconator…waited a few minutes, got the food and left. 5 minute drive, I get home, food is cold, the breakfast baconator I received was a bun, a piece of egg and bacon bits…what the actual hell is wrong with you people?

I came to this location around 11:08pm. The group of guys working tonight were very slow and had us waiting in the drive thru line for over 40 mins. Highly disappointed. This location use to be a lot better smh
