This cute local restaurant has fair prices and quality food. Our side salad was a generous serving and the fried chicken sandwich with fries were excellent! We always have great consistent food and service!

New to the area and had been here a few times for hot dogs. Decided I wanted a decent non-fast food burger. Waitress assured me it would be good. My medium Burger was served so rare it was still cool in the middle. Then the recook took 20 minutes and it showed up completely char burned black on the bottom and drier than cardboard which is exactly what I told the waitress that the kitchen would do when you send back a rare burger and ordered it cooked medium, they always send it to you burned. The waitress apologized she doesn’t know why the kitchen is ruining their business, must be a regular thing. I appreciated the 50% off for the 20% I ate because I was starving.

This was our first visit to Dogs ‘R’ Us and we weren’t disappointed. I had the foot long Old Fashioned Dog. The food was very delicious. The servers were all very kind. Our view out the window was pretty cool, we got to look out on the water.

Skip this place when coming down here, price was high for mid at best food. Ordered burger medium and receive well done. Waitress was beyond rude we had to ask the table next to us if she’s been like that to everyone and they informed us there was drama going on with another employee as well, she tossed the check book at them (apparently she’s even a manager) orders constantly wrong. The place is wired with a extension cord for the light on the ceiling. There’s bullet holes in the glass.

I have been going to Dogs’R’Us since I was 5 years old. This is my go-to “cheap” lunch and dinner spot. However, I was severely disappointed with my recent visit. The food was amazing, my server was amazing (as always), but the prices… I usually get the double dog platter, which comes with two hot dogs, regular or foot long, with coleslaw and your choice of a side. I would always share this with my close friends because the bill would always be under $25! Normally, this platter would cost about $13-17 depending on the size of the dog you get. It has jumped substantially! Now you have to pay for the base price of the hot dogs plus extra for the sides! So, for the footlong hot dogs I get, that’s 24.79 + 3.99, that’s nearly double the normal price! I had to settle for something I didn’t really want just because I was not willing to pay that much for two hot dogs and fries. I will only come back because of how much I love the servers but I definitely won’t be coming more than once every month or two. This is going to make a lot of loyal customers stop coming.

Update we came back and tried the chicken coop and i would highly recommend it! We also tried a burger the meat was not good quality.

Wifey had the Philly burger. It was huge, it looked great, and she loved it. I had the Cuban. It took a long time to get our order. I think maybe my sandwich got forgotten in the panini press because the bread was burned. Not so much that I sent it back, but it was 25% black. Big menu, service was OK, though it would have been nice to have been seated in one of the many open seats overlooking the water.

Stopped in yesterday as we thought it be a fun place to go with our service dog.
We were greatly disappointed.
I guess because we had our service dog we had to sit in a back corner like we didn’t belong. Our waitress was not the friendliest.
The food had no taste at all and was very overpriced.
As I said we thought it be a fun place as the name is dogs r us but we felt like we weren’t welcome.
Will never go back, thankfully we don’t live in the area we’re just traveling by.
The places we live near always welcome our dog and bring him water.
Shame on this place.
