One of my favorite restaurants to visit when I’m in Denver! This Italian restaurant was once a church and the original architecture is still visible making this restaurant a unique place to eat. The pastas are delicious and the portions generous. On this visit I tried the BBQ chicken pizza. The bbq sauce was tangy with a bit of sweet, the balance of flavors was perfect. I wish i could have packed some in my suitcase to bring home! Servers are always friendly and attentive! Outdoor dining is available. This restaurant gets busy but it’s worth the wait!

Very cool 1880’s church with modern side as well. Outstanding Italian food, nothing fancy just exquisitely prepared. We share a salad, veal dish and a bottle of wine. The portions are large. I wish we would have tried 2 different entrees. 25 minutes from Interquest in the Springs. Very cool balcony

Food and service were amazing. Our server Sophia was very attentive and personable. She recommended we try the chicken piccata and the braised short rib ravioli. The food was perfectly made. The cannolis would make grandma in Italy proud.

Overall the table gave an average of 4 for all our dishes, so very good overall. The service could have been better, as it felt like we waited a good while before anyone came to our table to take drink orders, but they were quite busy. The church environment is interesting, but you can definitely get away with sitting in the first come first serve side to enjoy the food.

An amazing place from the atmosphere to the food to the service. We were passing through town and someone recommended it to us. The restaurant is in an old church but also has an open, glass modern side to it as well. A very cool environment. The pizza was great, slices were huge, and you could order them by the slice to try a wide variety. They had a great beer selection and excellent happy hour prices. Everything was reasonably priced and the service was great. We plan to stop by next time we pass through Castle Rock!

This place is divine and a must visit. A lot of history, the oldest church building in Castle Rock, built 1888. Our server never smiled, I don’t think she enjoyed being there. We had the charcuterie board. Probably one of the worst we’ve had, it was sad, no love on this board. How about adding a little fruit, it would make the board fuller and grapes are cheap, and everyone loves them. Definitely need fresh fruits and dried fruits, mixtures of soft cheeses as well. I’ll add a photo. The rest of the menu looked really good, so we’ll definitely be back.

Nice Italian restaurant built in a church with nice stained glass and a interesting table built out of a confessional. The food itself was ok – very traditional Italian food. Overall a solid meal although not mind blowing.

The overall vibe is not as cool as it was with the original restaurant but the patio is awesome! There’s plenty of seating and fast service. Had the pistachio martini and the hubby had a glass of the house Cab. We split the Caesar salad, mozzarella sticks and meatball sub… more than enough food! Loved the rustic, sesame seeded roll with the meatball sub! Meatballs were moist and tasty Unfortunately, we couldn’t try any dessert because we were too full!

Italian cuisine with modernized accents. The food was good, my chicken on my marsala was slightly dry, but still good. The sauce was slightly sweeter than I would have liked. The blondie was very good and not too sweet. Charles our server was kind, prompt, kept our table clean and was working a double today, so applause to his service and care for us. I’d reccomend Scileppi’s if you want Italian with a modern twist.
