This was a good Valentines Day meal. Salad was very good. Steak was cooked the way I wanted it. It could have been a little more flavorful. Baked potato was good more room temp than hot. Blooming onion was great. Service was fantastic.

First of all we waited a half hour to be seated at a table and chairs that was empty for over a half an hour. When we sat down the table was filthy dirty and needed wiped off. After I got someone to wipe it off I finally got someone to take our order. And only then they brought us drinks. So we ordered an appetizer a blooming onion. It was so overcooked and so hard to eat cuz it was burning our lips we sent it back. So here we are waiting to put our order in. It looked like several people that were waiting on us were waiting on 10 other tables. Then a wonderful waitress named Sam came and took our order. After that they brought some bread out that we were trying to eat, it tasted like cardboard. It looked and tasted like it was old and dried up and barely warm. Sam came over when she saw something was wrong and we told her the bread was terrible and she brought us a warm piece of bread out. It too tasted like it was past its time and we left most of it. We ordered some sirloin steaks that were all dried up and nasty tasting. I almost ripped my mouth open on one of the forks had a bent tip on it that was surprisingly nobody noticed. They also brought me out a cup of coffee that you could take rust off a car with. Finally a manager came over and said she was going to make everything wonderful. She brought me a new steak and a baked potato. Also brought me out some mushrooms that were supposedly sauteed in wine sauce if it was wine sauce it had to be MD 20/20. Sam checking on us to the best of her authority, she tried her best to make things right but it was beyond her scope of power. I have pictures to post and show you that how bad this meal really was. As far as the manager she wasn’t worth her weight in salt. For such a horrible meal we still ended up paying $56.60 for two people and I gave Sam $10 because she was the only one that seemed like she cared. Do yourself a favor if you need to eat steak go somewhere else. We haven’t been there in over 5 years and we will never ever go back again. As far as the manager she was totally useless.

Was so impressed! We got there 5 minutes before closing, and they still took us and let us dine in. (We thought they were open for another hour. We didn’t go there knowing they were closing in 5 minutes) The waitress was so awesome. Our food came out very quickly, and everything was absolutely perfect and delicious. It was the best food I’ve ever had in a restaurant, hands down. It is now my new favorite restaurant, and I plan on returning often in the future. It had very clean restrooms that smelled very nice. The dining area was really clean and inviting. Had a nice view of the TV, no matter where your seated. They never made us feel rushed far like we were aggravating them. Thank you for the best dining experience I’ve been able to enjoy so far! Keep up the outstanding work!

I was craving Outback Steakhouse the other day, so I went to the one in Niles, Ohio. We were greeted & seated quickly. The seating options were tables, booths or at the bar. I’ve always enjoyed the bloomin’ onion as the appetizer, so we placed that as soon as we were seated. The menu has always had a good selection to choose from. I decided on a combo of Sirloin & fried chicken, that sounded like it was going to hit the spot. Our server was friendly & pleasant, getting our drink & meal order. I asked if the fried chicken was a breast, she said it was & I asked for the 8 oz sirloin, cooked medium. I do very much enjoy the bread & butter that they serve. I order a small side salad that came out first, absolutely love their ranch dressing. Our meals were out pretty quick, nice and hot. I was however a little surprised the what I thought was going to be a chicken breast was more of a chicken strip, it was very tasty, just not what I expected. My sirloin steak was a little disappointing, very chewy, but prepared properly. I think it was more the quality of the steak. All & all I enjoyed my meal & overall dining experience here. I recommend that you give it a try.

I went for Veteran’s Day and took my family. The restaurant was busy with lots of Vets and their families.
The hostess, waitress and servers were awesome. Food was great and well timed. We weren’t rushed in and out. Just got to enjoy a dinner with my family. And the best part is outback paid for my meal and I treated my family.
Thank you for the wonderful experience tonight. We intend to come back often.

Steak under cooked but still good, wife ordered a cob salad and the chicken was still pink in the middle. Just showed the waitress to note it for future visitors. Didn’t make a fuss about it just enjoyed the atmosphere and food. This was a sat night so things were busy, no need to be like others and make a scene for no real reason..we enjoyed my wife birthday night out..will come again.

Ordered a pasta dish was steak and shrimp, and I was asked if I wanted a salad with it for $2 or $2.99 more (I can’t remember). I asked if it could be a Ceasar salad and was told yes. The salad was good, but the dressing was quite tangy, maybe over vinegary? I’m not sure. I also found out when the bill came that it was $5+ for that salad. If I had known that I was going to be charged more for that, I wouldn’t have gotten it.
The steak and shrimp were delicious. No complaints on either of those, I absolutely loved both of those. But the pasta was certainly lacking. It didn’t have enough sauce on it, there were noodles stuck together (left to sit too long), there were some that were not quite cooked thoroughly (and no, they were not al dente). For a dish that cost almost $25 the whole thing should have been delicious, not just the meat.
My son got the children’s Mac and cheese with the steamed vegetables. I didn’t try the vegetables so I can’t say anything about those. The portion sizes for both were impressive for the children’s orders, though. Usually children’s menu portions are small and pathetic, but these were great. However, I tried his Mac and cheese and it was pretty bland.
My boyfriend got some kind of onion steak that he said was perfect and delicious. I’m not surprised, because they did great on the meat. He also got an order of soup and really liked it.
The dessert we ordered was huge. We split it between all three of us. I wasn’t too impressed with the bloomin onion appetizer we ordered. It tasted over cooked. I used to love the dipping sauce it came with years ago, but it seems like they changed it. The blueberry lavender lemonade I ordered was delicious.
The service we received was really good as well. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. She came back to our table several times, refilled drinks, and asked if we needed anything. It was great service. Everyone that was working was very friendly and nice.
All in all, for the price of the place, I expect everything to taste great. But the service and the people were wonderful.

Food was excellent! We were a table of 2 and watched a table of 4, who were seated after us, get their meals before ours. Took an hour to get 2 steaks.

I ordered the 12 oz ribeye and hubby ordered the shrimp and sirloin combo. My ribeye was so salty that after eating maybe 6 or 7 bites i just could not eat it. Server said maybe the new girl in the kitchen got carried away. It was also excessively gmfatty, even for a ribeye. When I cut into the middle it appeared medium/medium rate bit in places it was raw. The caesar salad lacked enough dressing. Hubby’s steak was OK but the shrimp were very salty as well. I had wanted mushrooms and adked if they were really salty and was told yes. What is with outback and their hight use of salt. It ruins the meal. This is the first time we’ve been at Outback since Longhorn opened and it’s going to be the last. When I spend $100 in a restaurant I expect better food.

Recently started coming to this Outback because you’re able to get a great and consistent meal on the weekdays for a great price. My steak is always cooked perfectly and the seasoning is flavorful and slightly different. My server is usually Dua and she radiates positivity and happiness. Always cheerful and her smile warms my soul. Highly recommend
