This is the closest location to us from Talladega. Last week we experienced a quality issue with our food and were disappointed, especially since we drove 30 minutes. We tried again tonight, explained the situation, and they remade our order for us. So glad we gave it another chance, it was 1000x better! I appreciated how understanding and kind the employees were. Things happen but I appreciated how this location made it right for us!

My family always enjoys going to Chick-fil-A. The service is amazing like all Chick-fil-As. The food is great! We always get the spicy chicken club. The shakes are great too! Love this place!

I had never eaten here, but I’ve heard a lot of hype about how great their chicken sandwiches are. But I found the chicken to be dry and they can’t add onions cause they don’t have onions in the restaurant. I did get a little piece of lettuce when I ask for lettuce. Not impressed. Wendy’s has a better chicken sandwich at a much better price point. I did like the waffle fries.

Chick Fila in Pell City is always a stop in when in the area for work. Never crowded. The staff always has smiling faces. Which starts my day off right. I would gladly keep coming back.

Me & my best friend/sister have been bringing our large load of kids here for dinner once a week, tonight it was raining, and three sweet souls followed me & my sister plus our 6 kids with umbrellas to our cars to make sure we didn’t get wet. Absolutely amazing staff, thank you all so much!!

My food is getting less fresh each time I go there. I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich the bread literally fell apart and crumbled everywhere the chicken tasted like it might have been sitting a minute as well.
