Sucks how the ratings are and I know a lot of the ratings are mostly from when they first opened which I don’t think it’s fair to write a review when the place first opens. But we have been 3 times in the past 2 months and the Wings have been on point! Sauced wings should be saucy to where it makes my hands covered it sauce and they have been very saucy. Wings are tender and delicious! The fries are so delicious and crispy! the ranch is the best ranch around! The customer service was top notch, super nice and and very caring. I’ve dealt with an employee named Antonio twice and he was very helpful and nice! We definitely will keep going to wingstop for their wings and fries!

I go here twice a week now for the last month. I Cannot get enough of the classic lemon pepper wings. The food is ALWAYS on point. And these employees are the NICEST people I have ever dealt with. It matters who you hire and every time I come here, These workers make the environment so wonderful wing stop has become family. Don’t change a thing! Food is SO full of flavor!

Super Bowl Sunday and the staff was very organized. I walked in ready to be hit with chaos and it was the exact opposite. I was helped right away my food was ready and everyone was focused but yet welcoming! My local Wingstop rocks!

First time eating at this location and second time ever eating at a Wing Stop restaurant. The wings were hot and crispy! Ordered as a walk in and didn’t have a long wait time. The customer service was great and the staff seemed very friendly! Will definitely go back.

I placed an order online for pick up. Two of the items were wrong (Bone in vs boneless wings) then we had to still wait 25 mins beyond the scheduled pick up time. We live very far away and after we got home and called to inform them of the mistakes, they only offered a small discount if I buy there a next time. There won’t be a next time. $57.00 for carry out food for 3 people is not cheap and then if 2/3 of the order is incorrect plus late for pick up is bad. There are other options for chicken wings, especially considering the bad service.

This was my first time here. Did not realize beforehand that it was more of a takeout place than a sit-down. My wings were very good, however it took an hour from the time I placed my order until I had them. Calling in ahead of time, this probably would not be a big issue, but ordering at the counter and having to wait for that long is frustrating. Beyond that I had already ordered and was waiting on my food when I happened to notice the sanitation grade. An 87 rating is not acceptable.

Haven’t taken the time to review anything in awhile, but I’ve been here several times and never had an experience that reflects their current rating.
Orders have been accurate every time. I got traditional wings tonight for the first time in awhile and they were some if the best I’ve had, especially from a chain. Staff has always been friendly / on point every time I went in as well.

After ordering online, I arrived to find my order not being found by the restaurant in their system! First time here due to knowing opening glitches would be worked out, and still as I sit here now waiting on an order I’ve already paid for, I figured I write this review! Do better Wing Stop or you will never make it in our town! Sad, because we’ve been waiting for more restaurant experiences as this town lacks this kind of variety! But as far as convenience goes, I should have sadly settled for taking my chances at the McDonald’s I passed to get here. (At least It would have been cheaper, as im still sitting here for an $86+ order) I may change this review once I get home and eat and base it on quality, but as of this minute I think I’ve wasted enough time on Wing Stop today. Be aware ordering online on the website!!!!
