I have always hesitated to try Canes because it’s always so busy.I can’t even get in the place or through the drive through. When you see that, you know something’s is going on Right . I met somebody who works a second job. Who also works there at Canes. They kept telling me that I should come by.When it isn’t so busy and try the food
I worked as an executive chef for princess cruise lines.For many years in Alaska and told them that I would try to swing by there. 1 day around mid-afternoon, I noticed that the line wasn’t sticking all the way out into the road. LOL so I pulled through the drive in and I ordered a party box of chicken. I think it was a tailgate box. I didn’t try until I got home. And I was really impressed, by the way, it was packaged. How neat it was presented into the box. All the sauces, the napkins and all the extra stuff that I needed to have a good meal. And the chicken was delicious. They have a small menu so they specialize in what they do. And they do a really good job at I would totally recommend going there again.And I would take anybody I know there at any time.

Cane’s is awesome. The food and service were already great, but what really stood out was how kind and honest the staff is. I accidentally left my phone there, and the manager went out of their way to send it back to me — and didn’t charge me at all. I live in California.
That kind of customer care is rare, and it really says a lot about this place. I’m very grateful and will definitely recommend Cane’s to anyone in Las Cruces. Thank you for being such great people. A big thank you to the Manager Charlene.

In town for work, and decided to stop by again. Once again, super delicious food. Definitely recommend.
My second time only going to a Raising Canes. It was great. Employees were helpful, quick service and great food. If you’ve never been, definitely try it out. It’s worth it.

5 Star all the way! Clean store, walkways to enter from drive-through are clearly marked and safe for ingress and egress. Friendly customer service. Food was outstanding and better than I expected as a first timer. I saw an interview with the founder and the food looked incredible and he explained how he started and how good the food is! It’s tender and juicy chicken! The fries are great, garlic toast and comes with a fountain drink. Looking forward to going back! Even someone came by to pick up our trays and asked how everything was! Bathroom was clean however, I would wipe down the doors since there’s so many hand prints on the black paint, but very clean venue! Easy menu and would highly highly recommend! This is a corporation so the quality is on point. No franchising with Raising Cane’s.

Usually don’t write reviews but when the same thing happens to me every time I go to a place I can’t help it. Everytime I go there I ask for extra crispy, well don’t fries and Everytime they don’t do it. Why offer something that you employees clearly don’t do? Really not worth going there anymore.

I go in or drive through and workers act like they can’t hear and they have attitude. Management is not making sure customer are treated with respect since we are spending money here. Food is trash. I think this place is over rated, I don’t recommend anyone with common sense eating here.

Every single time I stop at this specific Canes location I ask for EXTRA SAUCE SUB THE BREAD. Y’ALL ONLY SELL CHICKEN STRIPS AND YOU CANT GET THIS ONE LITTLE THING RIGHT?? This has happened far too many times for how low maintenance selling chicken strips and slightly changing the order is.

Was hesitant to go here because of how busy it was at 1pm sat 25th Oct. But the crew working was killing it. Impressed by how well they were keeping up with everything. Got my order in no time. I hope you’re taking care of these guys and girls! They’re doing great job
