Update: I came back and ate here again, and while ordering I told the cashier about the fries being soggy last time I came. She suggested to order them “Crispy” to get the texture I was looking for. Did that, as well as ordering them “Zesty” and wow did that change the experience. As I said in my original review, had the fries been crispy it would be a 5 star review… so I have updated my review to 5 stars!

Original review: The burger was great as always, and I love all the free toppings that you have available, including avocado, grilled mushrooms, onions, grilled pineapple, etc.
The fries were really tasty but a little soft for my liking. I think if the fries were cooked a little longer and were actually crispy, they would’ve been perfect, and this definitely would’ve been five star review.

Had a recent lunch here. They are located at 380 and Hwy 5 in McKinney. Very unassuming place and older strip center. They do have indoor seating with some outdoor as well. Your order at the counter and they bring you your food. My order was for takeout. I had the bacon double cheeseburger double patty with fries crispy. Their normal fries are not crispy at all but very tasty. They give you a boatload as well. The photo with the fries is only 1/2 of what they gave me. Word of warning they just dump the fries into your paper bag directly. If you are getting to go the grease will eventually go through your bag. The burger was a good portion and very tasty and well cooked. This is not a gourmet burger, but an old fashioned diner type burger. They have a couple of sandwiches and hot dogs as well to offer. I stick with the burger. They can get very busy so keep that in mind.

Burgers were made to order and good though! You have a long list of toppings you can add, all included in the price of the burger. I liked that. You can pick as many as you like.

The burgers and fries are amazing! Reminds me a lot of Five Guys back in the mid-2000’s, but so much better! If I am in McKinney this is one of my top places to go to eat. $13.90 for a burger with multiple toppings, hand cut fries, and a drink? Heck yes.

This place! Always good. Always fresh. What is in the signature sauce. I know you can’t tell us but it’s simply addictive! Friendly service too. Burger was pretty good but I hated the bun. Fries are as flimsy and wet like a noodle. Decent lunch spot but nothing spectacular. Service was quick and painless. Price was definitely awesome. A decent burger for a fair price is an excellent combo in my book. Too many places have lower mid burgers for $15 and this place is better in both categories than the others.

Friendly staff. Quick service and the facility wasn’t too busy. I did have to wipe off my own table before sitting down.
I had a cheeseburger, fries and chocolate shake. Food was great. The chocolate shake, although decent was vanilla with chocalate syrup that I had to mix myself.
Overall, I enjoyed the experience.

I’m so happy I stumbled across this place yesterday. I am a burger enthusiast and this was one of the best burgers I’ve had in years and they actually got my love for “extra pickles” right! No skimping on toppings at all and the special sauce is really tasty…BUT THE FRIES?! Omg! I got them zesty and they were sooooo good. The only bad part of my meal was that I finished it I will be back!

I had one bad takeout experience, but I’m glad I have them another shot. This is now my go-to Burger place. Everyone has their off days, but i believe in second chances, and this really is the One and Only Burger place anyone should be going to in this town or any surrounding.
