Major shoutout to Cinthya E. the food was absolutely delicious it was so good. The customer service is setting the bar for excellence with regard to speed. Ordered a kids pancake special with Sunnyside eggs up a turkey burger combo and an avocado bacon cheeseburger combo the food was absolutely delicious. It was so good. We didn’t even have a chance to take a photo of it before we ate it all. It’s a small charming diner with a whole lotta class. They have like glass where the registers are and kind of reminds you of like an older family restaurant with a modern day theme. I really enjoyed the drink options that they had especially the horchata. My wife said the turkey burger was absolutely delicious. My daughter said the pancake was so big. She couldn’t even finish it and I very much enjoyed the avocado bacon cheeseburger. highly recommend Douglas burgers in Lake Elsinore, California.

I always order from here. Today I got the chicken quesadilla omg I’m eating it right now. Best I’ve ever had, came with a sauce that’s the one like in n out. I dipped my quesadilla and omg delicious so hot and always happy eating from here. Their burrito is hugggeeee. Their French toast is also really good. My order always comes correct. Highly recommend huge menu selection.

The burger and fries have no flavor. The burger is dry, and it cost 10.99 for a simple double cheeseburger. The fries are basic (air fryer like out the freezer) .the price for the burger and fries does not equal the food. They have other options but this is for their burgers and fries.

I stopped here because I wanted a good breakfast sandwich, and I usually like burger chains’ breakfast.
Tbh, I am not a fan of their Breakfast Sandwich. It’s literally a regular sandwich with lettuce, tomato, cheese, mayo, eggs, and choice of sausage, steak, or ham on regular white bread. The taste was good though, but not what I expect from a “breakfast sandwich” at all.
Drive-thru service was slow, it took about 25-30 minutes to get my sandwich, so it not a good idea to go during a work break imo. Service was just okay (no greeting, no thank you). Most likely, will not care to try this place again based on my experience.

Very good food & great portion size. My regular go to is the breakfast burritos. Me and my wife usually get the chorizo breakfast burrito with easy beans and the 3 meat breakfast burrito with easy beans and go halves. Everything I have tried there has been pretty good. The only reason they dont get a 5 star is that the majority of staff seams unenthusiastic or bothered to take your order or serve you when food is up.

I honestly feel like they need waitresses now that they reopened. There tends to be a line build up with the cashier having to grab everything behind the counter like coffee. But it’s not super bad I just feel it’s help with the line other than that the food is booooomb and the server I had was really nice and quick when I needed other things. What makes it even better is the price. They messed up my sons order in a good way we ordered 1 pancake and they accidentally brought him two with eggs lol . Over all my experience was good besides the slight wait in line.

I been coming to this burger spot for a couple years now and every weekend for a couple months. The chili cheese fries with shredded lettuce on top are the best. The staff and overall condition of the establishment is great. Would totally recommend.

I go through drive through all the time and sometimes get deliveries from doordash. Bit the food is always great delicious and warm. I usually get the chilli cheese fries, fried zucchini with ranch and chicken tenders. Or a pastrami sandwich.
