We just sat at the bar for an appetizer and had the best time with the nicest people. We ended up having the most perfectly cooked bone-in rib eye we’ve had in a long time. The sweetest bartender made us feel right at home eating where we were sitting. We didn’t say anything, but our day was horrible. Being at Vacaville Outback, we forgot about our day and got a chance to laugh and just enjoy life and a darn good meal. Thankx!!

Spent $250 approximately for average food. Nothing special, the steaks are decent and the service was good. There is free parking and no wait times. The atmosphere was basically non existent.
Would I go here again, probably not but its not particularly bad, nor good. Just not memorable

I stopped by on a Saturday and had such a great time sitting at the bar with Katie. She’s always warm, attentive, and makes everyone feel welcome. I’ve been in a few times now and she remembers exactly how I like my margaritas – extra spicy and perfect every time! The service is quick, the food always comes out hot, and the atmosphere at the bar feels friendly and relaxed. It’s rare to find that kind of consistent, genuine service, and she’s a big reason I keep coming back. Highly recommend sitting at her bar!

Clean and well maintained, staff were quick to great and get us seated. Drinks came out fast, it wasn’t rushed server was well timed in taking and bringing our orders. Ordered a blooming onion to start, steak sandwich to share. Food was delicious and hot. Our drinks were never empty., refills were brought before we ran out or had to ask. Manager Christina came by to check on our service and food, appreciated the personalized service. Overall great experience, great service and flavorful food. We’ll be back!

This was a great time. They took my reservation-ish, meaning they will place you on the waiting list for the time you prefer. It worked out perfect and had ZERO wait time. Our server was amazing, she was helpful in describing portions, dishes and always checking to make sure we were good on drinks and anything else we needed. Will go back for sure.

We went to Outback for dinner one night. We ordered steak and lobster.. my meat was under cooked it was very pink to red I couldn’t eat it because it was so red. After we got done eating dinner I told the waitress I wanted to order dessert for us to take home. It was about 10 minutes before close, she informs me that they were closing within 10 min and the kitchen was getting ready to close therefore we couldn’t order dessert to TAKE HOME. My husband was furious. When she said that he got up and walked out. Our dinner ticket was over $150 and for that kind of money I would expect better service than what we received. We will probably never return to that Outback ever again.

Nichole made our visit to Outback Steakhouse a delight! She was friendly, knowledgeable, and always there when we needed something. Her positive attitude and attention to detail really stood out. We’ll definitely return and hope to be served by Nichole again!

The baked potato was overly cooked. The steak was really good seasoning well and not overcooked. I asked for dressing on the side, and I did not get that dressing came on top of my salad not a big deal but the little things matter. Cleanliness good. Not much of a waiting time. I enjoyed myself.

I went on a Saturday night and it was busy I didn’t mind this and I decided to wait for our table which only took 30 minutes. When we got to our table the waitress came fast, but she didn’t give her name. I asked for the platypus drink and water for my beverages. I got the platypus drink but not my water which I was disappointed about. We ordered the blooming onion appetizer which wasn’t to our liking but that’s no big deal we just had higher hopes for its flavor. We also ordered two blooming onion burgers but instead of the burgers we were given stake sandwiches instead. They were very chewy and definitely not what we asked for or wanted. My boyfriend really wanted a burger and was really upset about this. Through out the time there our server never came back to check on us while being very engaged to the other customers around us. We decided to pay right after we got our sandwiches then our server came and asked if we wanted to go boxes we said yes because we didn’t want to waste food she gave us two boxes and no bag to carry them out as she gave others. These may seem like small things but these small issues ruined our perception of Outback stake-house and we plan on never eating here again.
