Went to our Carpenter Dam Rd Subway in Hot Springs for the any footlong special for $6.99. Ordered at the drive thru, and was informed that I would get a free cookie also. Paid and got home. No cookie even though it was on my receipt and also was charge FULL PRICE for my footlong sub instead of the advertised $6.99. Very disappointing.

Went through the drive through ordered #40 wrap with large sweet tea. Ended with tea no ice,wrap with very little ingredients (it was more of a flat bread) and a bag of chips didn’t ask for,again 20.00 total bill. Won’t be back!!

Went inside to order food. Ladies making sandwiches were very kind. Got to the register and that little teenage girl was completely rude and disrespectful. When I asked to have 2 fountain drinks and a bottle water to complete my meals she handed them with a huge sigh and rolled her eyes. Then when giving my husband the food the just pushed it hard at my him instead of handing it to him. Never said thank you or have a good day or anything. Not to mention she didn’t have gloves on while wrapping my food and getting the cookies. She was aware she should bc she shouted at the other ladies to wrap the sandwiches bc she didn’t have gloves on. She needs to learn some respect. If she hates her job I would appreciate if she just quit instead of treating her customers that way.

I only gave it 1 star because 0 wasn’t an option. May 23rd at 315pm is the last time I will ever go in this Subway EVER. I have never felt so disrespected or offended in my life. The other customers in the store were just as shocked and appalled as me. I’m a business owner as well and would never allow an employee to speak to any customer in such a disgusting manner!!!

The poor worker. She was afraid to give me more than 6 black olives on my FOOT LONG sandwich for fear of her boss!! I always ask for extra and I don’t get anything on my sandwich except extra pickles, extra black olives and jalapeños. I can have extra olives Karen! I didn’t eat your lettuce, tomatoes, spinach, banana peppers, cucumber, onions or whatever else so I saved enough cents to allow the extra olives. I could have extra pickles just not olives. Apparently they get in trouble all the time over the black olives. There are a couple other stores in town so I don’t think I’ll go back to that specific store as not to tempt the workers to break the rules. Oh and you could have a free cookie if you left inside and went through the drive through and ordered there instead I like to see my food made c’mon! So I can make sure I get extra pickles and black olives! Who owns this store? You are giving employees a traumatic experience and lost four customers from my family. Carry on with the olive nonsense ✌

Y’all have removed most of the best sandwiches the people like myself have been eating for many years.
We both had to try something new and honestly I only ate two bites of my whatever y’all calling your sandwiches now. Instead of offering a tip I’d like a refund actually but I guess that’s not possible so thank God my reviews get seen by 50,000 people per year I hope many people sees this and turns around
