Wow! I came in here after some Christmas shopping at the Tacoma mall, and wanted to stop by for a quick lunch. After sitting down for a bit, I was immediately seated and the staff were so nice and friendly, so I had high hopes. The Seahawks game was on and it was just a great time, cheering, winning and good food. The food came quick, and even though the place is called “buffalo wild wings” they have some pretty smashing sandwiches and burgers. If you like sports and food, I suggest this place.

First time in here was 2 weeks ago , the server forgot what drink I ordered and my buffalo chicken dip was so salty yuk I got sick 2nd time in was tonight I was hoping to tip and make someones day yup nope yikes. , but the whole night staff looked tired Warn out drained and it was visible to see the night staff wanted to go home . I ordered 2 drinks 2 burgers at the bar and the server looked at me in my eye repeated my order and only gave me my hubby’s food. I got the tab hoping to just get a burger b4 they closed and I got one I had to wait . I tipped 3$ but it’s a wrap for me the 3rd time coming in I won’t go. I felt rushed and ignored . I get people are tired but interact with customers, pay attention,repeat orders, and failing to make sure your customers are happy will really mess up a good tip. For me a customer that’s never been in here no more than twice. I guess 2 stars because the staff really look tired and lost . I’ve worked fast food and customer service. Theirs no reason to be sluggish and not pay attention even if your closing soon. The crazy part of this is I had a good day and I was willing to tip 20$ to just see if I’d get a better experience but keep the 3 bucks I know it’s not much on a 57$ order but my experience was just as shitty as my tip. Food is good the staff really needs major attitude adjustment or re staff everyone. You have no idea of your customers work for hr , does reviews or is a big tipper. How the customer is treated matters more than anything. 2 stars.

We enjoy the food here but the service has been progressively worse over the last year or so. It seems like they never have enough staff and even the ones that are there tend to take 20+ mins in between checking if you need refills or napkins etc. we had a particularly cold exchange with a server today after we asked for a Pepsi twice, she forgot both times, and we waited 20 mins before asking another server who got it to us in two mins. That is enough for us. We will be avoiding this location moving forward, there are lots of other places to eat in the area.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Extremely Disappointing Experience & Poor Customer Service

I ordered through DoorDash from Buffalo Wild Wings and received someone else’s order entirely. I understand mistakes can happen, but this one involved multiple failures the staff handing off the wrong order and the DoorDash driver not verifying the name.

What makes this especially frustrating is that I do not eat meat. I ordered potato wedges and pretzels, and instead received a large order of chicken and skinny fries, which were also stale. There was absolutely nothing in the order I could even try to make work for myself.

Because of this mistake, I had to wait an additional hour to an hour and a half to place a new order. After DoorDash refunded me, I called the restaurant directly to see if they could offer anything small for the inconvenience, even a modest item in the $10–$15 range considering the error was on their end and the extended wait time.

The response I received was extremely disappointing.

I spoke with Lamar (who I believe is the main manager) and Tatiyana, and neither showed any concern, accountability, or interest in making things right. I wasn’t asking for free food beyond reason just some acknowledgment of the mistake and basic customer service. Instead, I was made to feel like I was annoying them.

I understand this is a business. But just like a business wouldn’t accept half a payment or fake money, customers should reasonably expect to receive the correct order. And when a mistake happens, especially one this significant, the bare minimum is to show that you care.

Mistakes happen. Poor customer service is a choice.

Unfortunately, this experience showed a complete lack of care, accountability, and professionalism.

They don’t have the best wings (they’re generally a little small and overcooked), but they do have the best wing sauces, so I’m happy to overlook that. I generally go on Tuesdays, get the buy 15, get 15 free, and have a glorious dinner, and then plenty of food for tomorrow. Air Fry the leftovers and it’s almost just as good.
Warning: Food wait times can be a little long, though the waiters are friendly.

We recently went to this Buffalo Wild Wings, and unfortunately it wasn’t a great experience.

I used to really enjoy this location, but this visit was disappointing. The bathrooms were pretty dirty, which is never a good sign. They also messed up my son’s order — twice. After the second time, we just decided to keep it instead of sending it back again.

What made things more uncomfortable was our waitress openly saying multiple times that she wasn’t in a good mood while talking to other staff near us. It made it awkward to even ask for things because we knew she was already frustrated.

There are other Buffalo Wild Wings locations we prefer, and this will probably be our last time going to this one.

The best part are all the tv’s and all the different viewable sports games and Mac n Jacks beer on tap! Its kinda loud and to dark for me tho. I prefer a brighter and a more mellow atmosphere. The food was ok but expensive! Unfortunately we went between happy hours. You definitely want to take advantage of happy hour prices for a better value. 3 to 6pm and again 9pm to Midnight! We had the traditional bone in with Thai Curry! You must ask for celery and carrots if u want any! We ordered fries but they never came with the with our wings so they had to remake and it took extra 10 mins or so. Enjoy!

The food and atmosphere were absolutely amazing; however, we did have a major issue with the service. Our server, Angela, had an attitude and was rushing when it came to serving us. Not only did she constantly mess up our food, but we sat there wondering where she was most of the time when other tables around us were getting helped or checked up on.

As a venue that regularly hosts major sporting events, it’s expected that things can get busy and loud. However, the staff should still remain attentive and courteous. Our server appeared visibly annoyed throughout the visit, and another younger male server was quite rude and abrupt. We sat for about 2 hours with empty glasses and finished plates that were never cleared. One of our food items was missing, and when we mentioned it, the server didn’t apologize and simply brushed it off. I understand the rush during busy times, but the staff’s attitude made the experience feel unwelcoming.

The atmosphere is great! I’d go back for drinks, but not the food! You can tell that food is not fresh or prepared in house! The salsa was definitely poured out of a jar or can! The food was definitely below standard! The last pic is of wings I got from somewhere else for $7 dollars cheaper. Only got 8 wings at the other place, but I got more meat in 3 of their wings than 10 of BWW! Our server was awesome, however, I didn’t get his name! Our receipt said Kalani, but that’s not who served us. I did mention to him that we were not delighted to try the food again, but would come back for drinks. At least we were greeted when we came in. Not the case at the BWW in Puyallup. Went there 3 times and walked out 3 times for the lack of service.
