We are a locally female owned and operated business. We feature a variety of Washington wines, beers and cider. We offer a new tasting flight every month. We also have delicious food such as charcuterie, flatbreads and salads. We host trivia nights, live music, sip and paints, comedy shows and more! We also serve weekend brunch at our Lake Stevens location. We love being a part of our community and given back to our community, including sponsoring youth sports, the foodbanks, ymca, disability services and more. We look forward to serving you soon!

This place is so charming! The decor is awesome, with wooden barrels everywhere, and they have cool events like live music and comedy nights. This make the perfect date night, and the staff is so warm and welcoming.
The standard flight of wine comes with 5 tastings for $20, which is a great deal. We got the brie cheese, and it was cooked perfectly with honey and walnuts. I do with the plate came with more grapes.
The bruchetta was decent too.

This is a great wine bar. The wine was amazing, and the service was outstanding. I highly recommend this bar, if you enjoy a great glass of wine.

Small and intimate with an upscale atmosphere. The vibe was hopping and the mimosas were flowing!! I recommend the mimosa flight, it was a fun way to try all the flavors. The quiche had nice flaky crust and was delicious. The seasonal turkey panini had cranberry jam and gooey brie, what more could you ask for?!?! The mason jar parfait was the perfect ending to an amazing brunch.

Cozy dark ambience with high tables, nice lighting, good view of the stage.
The gorgonzola-stuffed dates with arugula and balsamic were a nice flavor combination, though I could hardly taste the prosciutto on there outside – maybe bacon would be better. The flight of wine comes on a unique rack that holds 5 glasses in a spiral. The truffle popcorn with shaved parmesan was really, really good – couldn’t stop eating it.

Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Good selection of wines and foods. Spicy panini was good. Not cheap but reasonable for a wine bar.

Relaxing atmosphere with delicious food. Wine tasting is $15 for a flight of 5. The cheese board and flat bread were fresh tasting and reasonably priced. Service was quick and friendly as well. Highly recommended for date nights or just a hangout/meetup spot.

Consistency is key and Rustic Cork has barely faltered even during these times. The staff is always pleasant, mostly on top of service and the food always enjoyable. Today was the first time I went to brunch since they started offering it and there were more choices than I expected, a pleasant surprise. I had the bubbly flight (5), my partner the mimosa flight (3). I had the rustic avocado toast and he the ham and cheese breakfast croissant sandwich. Both were perfect size offerings and priced appropriately. Looking forward to trying brunch here again!

At 7:40 on a Thursday night, I was advised that it was last call and they were closing at 8?! Room was incredibly loud with someone on a microphone to take the already small loud room to an obnoxious level. For the less than 5 minutes I spent it there, I can’t say I’d ever return nor would it ever cross my mind again.
Edit: after the rude and somewhat gaslighting response from the location – support a small business and not write a negative review – what I understand is that despite their shortfall, they don’t want people to know about it. Absolutely absurd!!!
