If I could give an absolute zero I would. On my way into work I picked up my dinner, little did I know my dinner would have not one ROACH BUT TWO ROCHES. This is absolutely disgusting, I will not be eating Dion’s EVER AGAIN. The emotional distress and anxiety this has caused me, puking repeatedly. I am waiting on the owner or main manager to contact me but this is UNACCEPTABLE!!! This is beyond me, my entire life this has NEVER happened. It was toasted in my sandwich.

Employees here treat this place of business like people on the bus- its just another place to TRASH.
Won’t be coming back here- despite the staff walking around frequently to wipe down tables, I don’t consider this place sanitary. Feet on the seats and vaping at work, in clear view of the public.
The manager is hardly doing their job managing… shame

Come here once in a while, everything i go there’s always something wrong. I ordered two subs and they messed up the order again. I simply did not want olives. Last time they forgot the ranch. The time before I got the wrong order. They’re clearly distracted and management does not care. Make sure you check your order thoroughly before leaving!

Great pizza! I went here with my sports team, and we all enjoyed our food immensely! The atmosphere was awesome and there were plenty of tables making it easy for everyone to find a seat! Also, who doesn’t love the stories on the sides of the cups? Those were an awesome idea!

Exceptional! May not look it, but, it’s the best meatball sandwich we’ve ever had! The bread is crispy on the outside and tender, yet chewy on the inside. The meatballs are super juicy, tender and super flavorful. We got a yummy slice of green chili & pepperoni pizza because we’re in NM. Chicken pecan salad with rasberry vinaigrette was very good also. Been to a Dions on a previous trip. They got the details down. Really, really good.

Update: Dions made it right! I was able to get a correctly cooked pizza. Changing to 4 stars for prompt response and immediate action to make up for a bad experience!
Ordered a large sausage and pepperoni, got home took a bite and it was raw and slimy. Called the store and the manager offered to remake it. Got home and again slimy and undercooked dough. So disgusting. I didn’t call back after that. Figured something must be wrong with the dough. I will travel to a different location next time.

I had ordered the 10 in roast beef and i was told only one of the containers was all i could have when usually they give one for the smaller and 2 for the larger one and the guy wanted to argue with me he said he had 14 years of service to dions but he refunded me the money back i told him i wanted the taste with little moist in my sub but he could not even buy one and i did not want my sub dry and i usually go in there every week but now i am looking for a better place to eat

My wife and I went to eat after church went there they missed giving us some ranch sauce also in our turkey sub sandwiches we bought two of them seemed like they were stale and old and flavorless. Dions has cjanged alot. The salads used to be fresh and cold with alot of turkey. Ours was regular with old luttuce and clumped up lettuce. I guess everything changes. I dont think we be going back anymore. For 37.00 we can find better.
