Great food, great service from Ashley, and a welcoming atmosphere. From the moment we walked in, the staff was friendly and attentive, and the manager Kristin was visible and hands-on, making sure everything ran smoothly. The food was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. The restaurant was clean, well-organized, and had a comfortable vibe that made us want to stay and enjoy the experience. On our anniversary trip this weekend/an early honeymoon from our amazing grandparents! We went to the Moline Olive Garden for an early supper and had the best service I’ve ever had at a restaurant. Our server was named Diamond and she was the sweetest! We found out she works multiple jobs and she was busy and rushing around the whole time and yet she never missed a beat on making sure we had refills and that we were all good! She was truly awesome! She also brought us a free dessert when she found out that it was our 10 year anniversary on Tuesday and offered to take pictures! ❤️❤️

I ordered two meals to go and had an issue with the order due to a very busy night. It happens, we are all human. I reached out the next day to speak to someone about it and spoke to Victoria and she handled it beautifully from that point. She let me know what was going on and apologized for the experience. She made the process painless and actually quite pleasant. She immediately rectified the situation PLUS. She went above and beyond and made me feel very valued as a customer. I would suggest this location of Olive Garden any and every day because 99.9% of the time the food is always great and the customer service is out of the ballpark good and if not they are ON TOP OF IT! Thank you OG team and Victoria, we will be back very soon 🙂

Me and my cousin and auntie went to lunch , our Server Ethan was BOMB Everytime he greeted us he was on point smiling, eye contact asking us individually if we had everything, was patient with us Lady’s, stayed on top of it, I love that he had stylish earring you see a little of his personality, but over all yall go see ETHAN !!! Definitely going back the manager nick even helped make sure we could get the lunch special by 3 cause we came close to 3 , overall I came to say 100/10 and I almost forgot the DRINKS !! Chefs Kiss so cute so good and not overly strong just perfect!!

Our server, Jacob, was so great. Attentive, friendly and personable, kept our table refilled with everything- the level of service he provided takes the experience from good to memorable! It was the first time coming to Olive Garden since I was a kid, and I brought my 10 year old for the first time. He had a blast with the breadsticks, the grated cheese service, and of course the mints at the end. We will be back more often!
