The meats were delicious! You smell the smoker right away as you walk in. The flavor of the steak was excellent. The chorizo was incredible. The chimichurri was fantastic. I can’t go on enough about this place. For the price, the amount and quality of food was great.
The music selection seemed a bit odd, but was fine. The place is a bit small, so if you have a larger group that might be tough. Our server was a bit inattentive and let the drinks run out, but that was really the only negative I can think of for this place. Having a beer with the food would have been nice, but Dr. Pepper was fine.

Such good food! 3 of us went and we all loved it. Everything was great including the service. The meat in the platter was so tender and flavorful. The cole slaw was amazing as well. We will be coming back and telling our friends.

Great food and great steaks. We saw that this place just opened and stopped by one evening to eat. We are very impressed with their excellent food and service. Pretty decent price for the amount of food you get. We will go back.

I was surprised to learn that this was a Venezuelan restaurant rather than a steakhouse like Texas Roadhouse. It was difficult for me to find a meat choice that didn’t feature chorizo. I settled on the tri-tip with chicken. I requested my tri-tip to be cooked medium well, and the waitress remarked that all their meat is served medium well, which I found to be a strange thing to say. I asked if they had any salad options, and she replied that the only salad available was a Caesar salad. Therefore, I decided against having a salad and ordered a flan instead.
The food was served relatively quickly, and the plate presentation was nice. However, as I started to eat, I was instantly alarmed to discover that the meat was cold. It was tough and tasted old. I thought, well, I’ll just take it home and heat it up in the microwave, so I started eating the very small chicken leg which was only a bit warm, as I looked at the skin of the chicken, it was clear it had been cooked in grease, indicating it was deep-fried. Unfortunately, the chicken was also old and barely warm. The only warm item on my plate was the melted deep-fried cheese, which was quite good. I glanced at the coleslaw, which was swimming in mayonnaise, and I didn’t even try to eat it since I’m not a fan of mayonnaise. There was some kind of green sauce, but I had no idea what to do with that, so I didn’t eat it either. I don’t know what yucca is supposed to taste like so I really can’t comment on that other than to say it was dry and tough.
I noticed the waitress take the flan out of a plastic container and dump it onto a small plate before bringing it to me, which clearly showed they don’t make their flan in-house. I’m usually a fan of flan, but this one didn’t meet my expectations, so I left half of it on the plate.
Feeling let down after such an expensive lunch, when the waitress finally came over, to have me pay my bill it’s when I asked for to-go container. I asked her why she brought two containers, she said she thought I’d want to take my flan home as well. I told her no, it wasn’t good, so I wouldn’t be taking it, she just turned and walked away with no comment.

I loved the food, as you can see from my plate. The service was excellent and very friendly. It’s been a long time since I’ve eaten so well, so I will definitely be coming back. Highly recommended!
