Very dirty trash was on most of the tables. The workers were yelling and screaming and arguing. The frys were over cooked. Overall this is one of the worst McDonald’s that I ever been to. My visit was 2/25/26 about 6pm

when I took it back in there I noticed that the kitchen wasnt using utensils picking up food with hands (they did have gloves on) and no one had hair nets on.

We forgot the experience we had here before. It is the last stop for a distance so the choices are slim. How you can mess coffee up 3 times is beyond me? (Both of us). Most people waited for a long time and most orders were wrong. The guy taking orders moves like a sloth. Food was cold and missing things. Just bad. The fact that minimum wage in Arkansas is 11$ makes it even worse. McDonald’s everywhere is just awful. We need a new choice for traveling that is consistent.

They don’t honor McDonald’s time-frames. The food is usually always good when certain people are there. The app shouldn’t let you order food after a certain time if the locations are not going to honor the breakfast times. I ordered at 10:46AM and was told they can’t honor it. I will drive to any other city to support any McDonald’s but the Retzer families location. This is NOT my first mishap just enough for me to never go here again. Trust me people come cuz it’s only 3 restaurants in the city and it’s McDonald’s. McDonald’s usually is not the problem it’s the lazy workers. I have went to order coffee and they told me they wasn’t doing all that. Hire thorough people that want to work….I will be seeking corporate to inform them you operate under their corporation name but don’t honor their time frames, next.

Really disrespectful to customers, they are rude, and have no concern whatsoever for you standing in front of them, and it shows in their food preparation. This is a really bad McDonald’s, and don’t let the nice new construction for you and lure you in.. this is a really bad managed McDonald’s.
