I’ve been meaning to come here for +10 years and it has met all of my expectations.
Their sizzling platter of tandoori meats were delicious (though I’d stick to chicken next time). Hard to go wrong with Butter Chicken and the Lamb Rogan Josh was flavourful.
I’m usually good with spices but their “Hot” was pretty spicy. Still enjoyable, but I’ll be picking medium spice next time.

First time visitor. Highly recommended by friends. The food was outstanding. So so so delicious and so reasonably priced.. I ordered the veggie thali (combo platter) which offered a taste of many items including my choice of veggie curry. Splendid. Masters at their craft. Will definitely be going back. A gem.

This place is indeed pretty good! Ordered tandoori chicken sizzler and lamb madras, the chicken tastes good, but a bit too dry inside, the lamb is just soooo good, bold flavor with all those spices in the sauce, the free papadum also tastes delicious, almost like Indian version of doritos, and finally the mango lassi, well you never go to the Indian restaurant without the mango lassi…..Definitely will revisit in the future

Ive eatten in the restaurant over 10 times and Ive gotten take out over 10 times. You cannot go wrong with either! I have never been dissapointed by the food or quality. It is consistent every time I go which i really appreciate.

I love this place. I went to order a dozen delicious samosas yesterday because I heard rave reviews. They were so delicious & fresh. The staff were so nice and courteous. They gave me an amazing mango lassi while I waited for my order. I’m definitely coming back here to try other items on the menu. The sauces that come with the samosas were so yummy too. The samosas were devoured so quickly I didn’t get a photo sorry .

The food is great! This time we had a new dish I’ve never seen it was a goat dish called Bhuna gosht juicy Mandi. It was a big spicier than I would have liked but this dish didn’t seem to have an option for spice level. It’s big enough for 2 or 3 to share. We also got the navratran korma. And we did have leftovers as well.
The not so great is their door needs fixing so it’s not so stuck. It gets cold by the door. And for whatever reason the light keeps flickering.
Would I come back? Yup food keeps me coming back. I’m about the food. The rest is all gravy for me.

I wanted to highlight the wonderful service and fantastic food here. On a recent order, I had ordered delivery on their website from a different time zone, so that our family would have a nice meal to arrive home to after a long day of travel. As it turns out the website used my local time as the delivery time; rather than Toronto time-oops! No fault of the restaurant’s, they delivered for lunchtime rather than dinner, and left the food on our porch. The deliver person sent multiple apologetic and concerned texts messages. I replied and apologized for my mistake, and they were so nice about it-offering to remake the whole order, which seemed like a waste to me. When we got home, the food was cold and fine, except that the squirrels had claimed the naan for themselves! I texted the nice delivery person this minor update and thanked them again, thinking that was the end of it. Nope! They sent new orders of naan right away, and a complementary dish to make up for it as well. They didn’t have to do any of this, but they went above and beyond! The service was very personalized and attentive. We’ve always loved Banjara and order regularly. The food is always great! And this experience made us appreciate the people working there even more than we already did!

Great Indian food! Service was excellent too. We ordered butter chicken, lamb, basmati rice & mushroom soup. The soup was delicious as was everything we had! Banjara has to be one of the BEST Indian restaurants in TO!

We had a wonderful experience with the recent catering. The food was incredibly tasty, well-prepared, and beautifully presented. Each dish had the perfect balance of spices and flavors, the portions were generous, and everything tasted fresh. We highly recommend this place to anyone who enjoys quality food!

I honestly just came over here to salivate at the pics of the food because Banjara is simply one of my fave restaurants of all time for so many years now!!!
