Omg, do not eat here… the inside of this place is disgusting. The floors are super greasy, the counters and the bathroom…. Barf.
Burger King is generally better I thought. Not this one. See photos. The food was decent, but also gross and not well made or put together.
That toilet was NOT stained. It was just not cleaned in so long. OmFg.

Was a little disappointed yesterday after ordering my food and sitting down to eat. I realized I got 3 small pieces of Lettuce and I got more onions and tomato. I went to let the crew member know, she asked me if I wanted to bring it back and have them remake it or if I would like more lettuce on the side which was kind of her, but I was on a time quench for I had to go back to work, crew member named Fran than offered me 2 cookies and I settled for it. I told her I didn’t want to complain for I’m here daily and GM Denise is normally is the one who helps me, I told Fran I didn’t want her in trouble, I just like them to make it correctly. Fran said she will let GM know about my experience and will let GM know if two cookies go unaccounted for it was her, she had a really great attitude so I couldn’t be mad.I would never put no one on blast but The 2 new ladies in the kitchen sounded extra overwhelmed screaming,if I’m being honest the kitchen guy does a lot better along with the small lady and GM in the back.

I never eat burger king and this experience just proved to me exactly why. After ordering, the meat on my burger tasted like mold and hand sanitizer. The soda machine is self served and digital so when i pressed on it to pour my water, it came out yellow. I thought to myself, no big deal i’ll just get a soda. The soda was watered down and wasn’t appetizing at all. After i took only a few sips of my drink and a few bites of my food, i decided to get an ice cream cone hoping it would make my experience better. My vanilla ice cream came out and it was literally yellow and tasted like processed, spoiled milk. As I was leaving with my drink and ice cream in hand, i went back to the soda machine to dump it out. I tried finding somewhere to set down my ice cream and found at least 5 flies circling around the overflowed trash can. The service was bad, the workers barely spoke, and it was very clearly a mess in the back. I have never left a review like this but I am baffled and disgusted.

Being 3 rd in the drive through I couldn’t leave. I waited literally 25 minutes. Then got a cold ( even the cheese isn’t trying to melt) burger with a stale bun! Never again.

I haven’t been to Burger King in probably 20 years, but it is close to my home and I thought “what the heck, I’ll give it a try.” Bad decision. This fare isn’t even passable as food. The onion rings are fried onion-flavored batter…no onions to be found. The Whopper burger, if that’s what it was, was this squished mayo-ketchup-onions-pickles-meat patty on a bun concoction. All this for only $15.00! I had to pull forward so the expectations were for hot food. Nope. All barely warm. Maybe I just went there on an off night, because I find it hard to believe that Burger King could stay in business serving ‘food’ like this. On a positive side, the staff is really nice. I honestly wonder how many complaints they must get.

Do not go anywhere else if you have kids! This is it, this is the one!! I called a few locations and none had a playroom until one of the locations said “oh that’s the one on Grand” so this is the only location in surprise with a playground and let me tell youuu!!!! OMG! This playground is the best! I wanted to get in there and use the slide myself lol my kids loved it! We used to go to the McDonald on Litchfield and greenway but my 2 year old didn’t enjoy it, but in this Burger King my 3 toddlers loved it! The food is also way better than McDonald’s. Everything is so delicious and so big and every one is so friendly and it was also very clean. This is our new favorite spot.

There was a time when Burger King used to be kind of good, but those days are long gone long long gone. Even still back in the day Burger King gives me a fair amount of heartburn thanks to the fake smoke that they add.
Went recently to try the spicy whopper, which was not what I thought it would be. not very spicy, but it had a really strange flavor and I got the onion rings which I always do when I go to Burger King and they tasted really strange too. like bad oil or something. The only other time I’ve been to this Burger King was when they were doing their tacos, which were absolutely terrible. I’m happy to report. They are no longer offering that garbage.
The one thing that I find redeeming at Burger King is a breakfast croissant and tater tots. But I’m afraid to even order that at this location given how dirty it is. The end.

Overall Service was great, the member made me aware that food would be hot and fresh, and that there was a short wait on burger meat but I was not even mad cause as promised it was exactly what I ordered. She asked me if I would like to try new menu items and I am sad that I didn’t get these before, the cookies and sundae were amazing Together. I wanted to tell the manager of how thankful I was of excellent service but the place was busy. My only wish is that the AC would be much cooler especially it being hot out but wonderful experience all in all
