i have never had worse service anywhere than here, from a night shift at subway. the two guys working are ready to leave a half hour before they even close. they’d sailed to say they were out of cookies when i had ordered them, and when i got my sandwich there was barely any sauce and it was put together shitty.. i would give zero stars if the opportunity was there.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would. I have never in my life had such an inhumane experience with a restaurant. I placed this order via DoorDash at the Macomb, IL location. I ordered a foot long and they sent a 6 inch. That wasn’t even the bad part… look how the sandwich was made. When did it become okay to treat humans like this? I called and asked for a manager and was told there isn’t a manager there. I asked for the young man’s name who answered and he hung up on me. I called again and spoke to a young lady. I asked for her name and she said she wouldn’t give it to me. I asked for the young man’s name and was told “He’s new. I don’t know his name.” All the while laughing and laughter in the background. Not to mention, the rest of my food was missing. I will never spend another PENNY at this establishment. I’m sure the manger can tell who was on duty. This happened on 2/18/23 at 4:13PM.

I am writing to formally express my deep disappointment and concern regarding an incident that occurred on April 14, 2025, at approximately 1:35 PM at your location. My wife and I visited the restaurant, hoping for a pleasant lunch, but the service we received was far from acceptable.The server, Meghan, treated us with disrespect. Despite there being no other customers, she rushed our order and gave us dismissive, rude treatment. Specifically, we requested that our eggs and bread be toasted separately—not out of dietary preference, but to ensure that both were cooked thoroughly. When I politely asked for this clarification, her response was curt and unhelpful. Furthermore, during my brief attempt to address the issue, I noticed that she was conversing amicably with white older ladies in the store, which strongly suggested a differential, discriminatory attitude toward us as people of color.This experience left us feeling humiliated and unwelcome, and we were forced to leave and eat in our car. I firmly believe that all customers deserve to be treated with respect, regardless of their background.I respectfully request that you review this incident, address the behavior of the involved staff member, and take appropriate action to ensure that no other customer is subjected to such treatment.Thank you for your prompt attention to this matter. There’s always ingredients out of stock and the employees put mountains of Mayo/mustard on my sandwich every time, it’s disgusting 🙁 never tastes fresh either

Great service! I called ahead-just 30 minutes before-I needed a large catering order. The person on the other end was so helpful and positive. I came 15 minutes later and they were working so hard to get it to me quickly. A+++

We ordered a late dinner last night, picked up after ordering online at about 9:45. Both of the sandwiches which were supposed to be hot were ice cold and falling apart, my 5 year old son’s chicken wrap was so hard you couldn’t even bite into it. Tried to call to get it fixed but at this point they were closed. Called back today to be told nothing could be done because it was the day after…which again how exactly was I supposed to do anything after they were closed? So I’m out $40 worth of food we couldn’t even eat. Customer service was an absolute joke.

Meghan was super rude and racist , this is both disappointing and degrading with her, Macomb is not the place I expected to be treated like this for being a person of color I hope the manager take’s look into her behavior and takes action accordingly
