Last time comimg to this place. Still.in drive thru waiting for over 30 minutes. Guess they had to hunt for chicken. Last time I came here the honey chicken had a bad taste. This time, I could of went to a sit-down location and been served faster.

Not a big fan of panda express but went to this place to have quick lunch from work. Took half chow mein n half fried rice, beijing beef n chicken egg roll. Fried rice is blend but the chow mein is good. Beijing beef is my all time fav, whenever i go to panda express i have this. And the roll was good too. My man loves panda express, he always go for orange chicken which is too sweet for me n mushroom chicken he took, it had zucchini in it. Overall i really liked this place not just for the food. The portion is quite huge, better than our uni web center. The environment is really nice n their service is fast. They welcome their customer whenever they see someone coming through the door. I’ll definitely go again.

Won’t be coming back. Each time I go there I get less and less meat. I even pay the extra charge for steak and each time I get a big pile of slop. This food isn’t cheap at $17.27 per meal why are they skimping so hard on the food. There’s only been onnce or twice that I was actually satisfied and felt like the meal hit the mark. Never again will I spend my hard earned money here. Thanks UPDATE 10/10/25. GAVE IT ANOTHER TRY. BOY WAS I SORRY. 17.48 FOR A BIGGER PLATE OF RICE AND BROCOLLI. PAID FOR AN UPCHARGE GOT MORE ONIONS AND PEPPERS AND BROCOLLI. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND I PROMISE ILL NEVER WASTE MY TIME AGAIN. This brand new Newport News location is already hit or miss. Menu items not always available and the place is never packed so you would think chow mein would be available. Not the case. Food is decent enough but sometimes lack in portions. Hopefully management will step it up and turn this 3 star into a 5 star.

First visit to this location. The atmosphere was nice because it was only a few people in the restaurant dining. I arrived in the evening to place my orders. The customer service was friendly and I was able to sample the food. Everything looked half way fresh except the fried rice. I waited on another batch. The employee replaced the old one and was getting the left rice out the old pan. I told her not to put the hard pieces in the rice but to finish my plate. However, there were a few hard pieces in my rice. I would recommend this establishment.

Highly highly highly disappointed. Just received my food from what looks half eaten with not even full portions of what was ordered for mine or my child’s food. This is almost $30? An absolute joke.. this plate was supposed to be two entrees with half greens and half fried rice what do you see? Ridiculous…
