Delightful restaurant with the best food, service and ambience. An unassuming entrance and a really lovely homely feel once inside. Felt like we had been transported to a little bistro in france. The snails are def important to try, but all the dishes were delicious.

Had the opportunity to visit the French restaurant Little Provence. Started with the Garlic Herbs Marinated Olives, followed by the Tuna Tartare, which was fresh and silky with clean flavours and just enough citrus to brighten the dish. The Snails ‘à la Provençale’ were tender, rich, and coated in a delicious tomato-garlic herb sauce that tasted genuinely French.

For mains, the Confit Duck had crispy skin, soft meat, and a nicely balanced side that kept the dish from feeling too heavy. The Oven Baked Fish of the Day was also excellent — perfectly cooked, flaky, and full of light Provençal flavours.

Overall, Little Provence serves delicious, well-crafted dishes with warm, friendly service — a great spot for a relaxed French meal.

Brisbanegirl life, art, food!
Walked up a totally unassuming staircase and suddenly you’re in the most delightful French restaurant — cozy, charming, and completely unexpected!

First, a huge shout-out to the impeccable and genuinely friendly wait staff — thank you!

I opted for the set menu, and it did not disappoint.

Light, airy French bread
White sardines on toast — absolutely to die for
Tuna tartare — so fresh and refreshing
Duck confit — instantly transported me back to my travels in France

Every bite led to a little boogie on the taste buds ☺️

Five stars in all categories! We were staying
close and walked past this lovely restaurant and the menu caught my eye. My partner and I came back for dinner and it was one of the best dining experiences here in Brisbane city. The service and staff was attentive and welcoming. The food was divine! I never knew how delicious French butter was. Everything was so authentic and the restaurant was warm and cozy. Definitely will try squeeze another visit before going home but if you’re in the area do check it out 🙂

Our friend from Montpellier was in town so decided to give her a taste if home, but she came with high expectations… Which were met & exceeded! Staff are great, atmosphere is relaxed yet refined, food was incredible (particularly duck le’orange & tuna tartar was best I’ve ever had) whole night was a 10 & reasonably priced for the quality & experience

Elegant bistro, fast & efficient service, great private dining room for 10 people. The food is generous and on point, traditional and flavours are bold. What else to expect? Great wine list well priced.

I am in Brisbane for work and wanted a good French bistro style.
Luckily they have a bar where I visited 2 nights in a row to eat.
The bar man and waiter Steve is awesome. He made me feel very welcome and created a great experience for me as a solo traveller.
I highly recommend the food and atmosphere for anyone who appreciates French food.

All the dishes were well prepared and super delicious. The duck and lamb so juicy and tender. Only downside is the bread is bit tough to chew.
Still one of the best French I ever had!
