The person who answered the phone had a thick Indian accent and we both had to keep repeating ourselves as we couldn’t understand eachother. Then the delivery driver calls me 30 minutes past the estimated delivery, saying he cant find my house, also with a thick Indian accent. The address wasn’t good enough, and apparently neither was the fact that my house is the only one on my street to have a brick wall. Then I call the manager to cancel my order and, you guessed it, thick Indian accent and communication problems.

On April 25 I quietly walk in to buy Salad as I do every week!! The beard guy was mad because he got caught giving free pizza!!!
To the owner Gerbander you need to do something about your employee who was very rude to me when I complimented your pizza place!!! He said he was goin give me owner number then he said no I ask him if he wasn’t guilty y lie and not give me number he then said God bless me in a Sarcastic way!! People need to stop using God in vain!!! Never judge a book by its cover!!!!
I would like you to do something about him he told a mother customer when I was walking out that I was causing problems!!!! That was a lie!! Now if you the owner want to run a honest business call me or I will call you during week!!! Stop your employee from telling people lies!! It doesn’t hurt my feelings to go to Manteca Pizza!!! At least there honest!!!!!!

This is by far the best Round Table I’ve been to, and that includes the historic second Round Table in my old Palo Alto neighborhood opened in 1959, which I do remember as an
11 year old.This is not just for the excellent cuisine offered, but for the friendly customer service of the staff, in particular Michael, who did me a real solid in picking up my IPhone 12 which I had left on the order counter.
Although I begged and pleaded to give him $$ reward for the deed (he refused to accept it, saying it was just part of the service.
He also was successful at wrestling with the TV to tune in the Giants-Dodgers game.

This Round Table is not the best pizza in Ripon just because it’s always hot and delicious, but because the employees are always so friendly and efficient! Whenever me and my family stop by Michael specifically always goes above and beyond to make sure everything about our experience is perfect! I wish I could rate him five stars!! He is always very hospitable and makes us feel like we are a priority! He is definitely a keeper – my family looks forward to Round Tables delicious pizza and Michael’s warm welcome every time we visit!!

Customer service earned four stars on its own. Phenomenal closing crew. Despite the last minute order they served this customer as if they had just started their shift. The superbly cooked, great tasting pizza only gets one star. I rarely give five stars I’m usually a four star giver at most, especially for chain restaurants. The customer service alone deserved all five stars, but the pizza was great and deserved to at least get one star vs. no credit at all. With service this phenomenal and an empty pizza box, it would have still been a five star experience. A bit pricey for a small pizza, but the customer experience was well worth it. The pizza was also worth the price, but a small should be a little less costly. Excellent closing staff with superior customer service skills. Deserve a pay raise for sure.

Pizza is always great, but beware when you order online…..They charge you for Ranch but they NEVER give it to you! We did get a call and they are making it right, again the pizza is always great. Just wanted to give you all a heads up to watch for it since this wasn’t the first time.
