I always hate to write a bad review, but I wish I read one before I decided to dine there.
EXPENSIVE, LONG WAIT, AND DISAPPOINTING!!!
While waiting for our meal we heard barking and wining from the back/ kitchen, and shortly later the owner and her dog paraded into the dining room. The dog was allowed to roam the dining room for about five minutes before being pulled to the back again. This is very unusual in my dining experience.
It was a family business and I hate to bash service, but it took about an hour for four rather simple dishes, and they were lack luster and expensive for the portion. Plus rice had to be bought separately and was a very small portion.

My partner and I decided to try this place after a long train to Interlaken. As soon as we walked in we were welcomed by a sweet lady. The food was deliciously made fresh to order. It’s a small place with a nice ambiance. Would definitely be coming back.

Serving authentic Chinese (canton) food, especially food of Hong Kong and southern China style. The chicken and corn soup is delicious. Stirred fried beef noodles is superb. This dish is not on the menu and you need to ask the chef (the boss) for it!

We wanted to try some Chinese food for dinner and this is definitely worth checking in out . Food is very authentic and staffs are super friendly.
The Dim Sum ( tapas ) were very delicious. Sweet and sour Pork was a big hit . Super yummy.

Chinese restaurant in Interlaken.
I was surprised to find this one.
The family who runs the restaurant are very cordial, they even called their daughter since they don’t speak much English.
Environment is pretty nice, convenient location.
The food is okay.
At least the people are more friendly here than some other local restaurants.

We were in Interlaken for 3 nights, did not expect to find this gem. The chef skills is superb. Must try is the fried hor fun. We will return to this restaurant on our next trip to Interlaken. In addition, we will welcome the chef and family with warm hospitality when they decided to take a trip to HK, Macau, SG.

Cantonese food in Asia is very famous. We were very happy to have this very Authentic food in Switzerland. The taste really brought us back to Asia, Salted pork rib very taste.
