First and last time stopping at this location. Today I order a Multigrain Bagel with sausage, egg whites and cheese. My bagel smelled like burn metal and when I opened the package a piece of wire was on top of it. Horrible experience!

The sandwich was well build with I presume precooked eggs and meat on rye bread. The iced coffee was a bit gritty which I didn’t like. I’m uncertain if that Duncan’s way or just didn’t blend or dissolve. The staff were pleasant and busy cleaning and cleaning!!!

Not really happy about service lately. I like to order aheat because I’m always on the run. The last few times I’ve ordered through the app, when I arrive, nothing is ready. The young guy working there even said he was waiting to make sure I made it to the store before preparing my drink!! And the last time, I got a half full cup of latte! Ughhh!!

I went through the drive thru and ordered 2 drink the Mango LEMONADE with pineapple drink and the lady repeated my order and told me to go to the next window.When she gave me the drinks I saw them a little watery but I thought it was because they didnt mix it when I got home and tasted it it was horibble.I called to tell them and the person that answered told me that they discontinued the lemonade,but the cashier should’ve told me that before I payed to make sure I still wanted it with no lemonade.I told her I wanted to get a refund because the drink had no lemonade.She told me that she could give me my money but she could give me a coffee,and I said they don’t have a $13 coffee and with sarcasm she replied with “I can give you one latte” ….I just hung up … you should train your people better… costumer service sucks in all DD … like it was my fault …. I went almost every day … know I’m not even coming back ever again

Service and quality definitely not on point. I ordered 3 donuts and a bagel and they throw them all in one bag.. the choclate smeared all over the bag and looked disgusting, the bagel was burnt and hard as a rock when i bit it. Wouldnt feed my dogs this food. Took it back to the lady and she didn’t even apologize. Gave me new ones and walked away. Long wait time too. Won’t be coming back, rather go to the one down the block in the winston plaza.

Even one Stars too much for this Dunkin Donuts. All the products that they always have advertising, they never have any of it in the store. I used to drive through window my last time there. I ordered a pint of ice cream and I got a half pint of ice cream and paid the full price for a pint ice cream. Before that time I ordered one of their specials they were marketing and I had coupons and they didn’t have it. That was on the way to work. Couple days later I ordered the same product in the afternoon. They did not have the product. And the girls at the window I have no answers for anything no manager no nothing. One Stars too much for this store.

If I need a cup of coffee before work/school this is usually my go to spot. The staff is amazing and keeps service well rounded. It’s gotten a little more pricey than before, but their ice coffee is amazing
