I went thru thr drive thru on Tuesday evening around 6:30pm.
There was 1 car in front of me. But several in line to get therr order.
I made it clear I want a whopper Jr with cheese and order a double whopper for my husband with cheese and no onions.
I finally get up to the drive thru and took at least 5 minutes or more for someone to come to the window to take my money.
The manager I think? Dark hair lady with purple in it, kept eyeing the windows, but never came over.
Finally a young kid comes over with several sundae he mad, took my money got my bag together.
I get home, no cheese on either burger and they are as cold as Ice and burnt to a crisp. I dont live far from burger King, it dont get that cold on the drive.
I much rather take a drive and go to hudson than lenoir! THEY SUCK!!!!!

Placed an online order and arrived 11:40 to pick it up. I sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes before someone walked outside and said they closed an hour early tonight. That’s all well and good but they can set the apps to show the store is closed. Can’t expect much more from burger king.

Long wait to place order at drive throughk. Was given my drink and waited on food, which was whooper, large fry, large coke, and apple pie. In my bag at drive thru I asked the young man if the whooper, fry, and pie was in the bag he did not look but said all was in the bag. I drove home and starting eating and I reached into the bag to get fries but there was no fried apply pie ! I then called and no one answered the phone and I called 4 times and no answer. The message would say each time call, the person I was calling was not there and then the phone would hang up. This was my first time coming back since your remodel. The remodel looks great but service is not.

Food fixed fresh after you order it. Inside was very clean. One knock is that one of the entrance doors (handicapped entrance) was locked so people kept leaving and not coming in if they didn’t go to the other door. Nice selection of items such as burgers, fries and chicken sandwiches or nuggets. Plus they have Impossible burgers for vegetarians. It was also very cold inside beyond normal air conditioning cold. The drive thru is usually the norm for us and that’s usually pretty good. Items were fixed correctly.

Quick and easy ordering, friendly staff, good Burger King food, everything was clean and the dining area was well lit and quiet.
Staff was helpful to me and an elderly gentleman after me whom they knew by name, I thought that was a nice touch.
Workers are doing well and deserve to be compensated for doing well

I ordered two crispy onion whoppers, there was no crispy onions or BBQ sauce on either, and the burgers were cold. That’ll be it for “The Burger King” $17.00 for two trash burgers… nah

Ordered online said food would be ready at 6:17… got there pulled in drive-thru line at 6:20 guy comes on says just a minute please 6:30 an we are still sitting there waiting on some one so back up go in wait 4 minutes for someone to walk over.. Our food was cold, didnt get the right thing, and fries tasted like hand lotion.. Will not go back..
