Ordered carry out from here two weeks ago. The app didn’t tell me the pizza was being made after an hour so I eventually just drove there to get cold pizza. The folks at the store told me the app usually works right.
I ordered again today and it was a big surprise when the app and website didn’t work again to show me any progress on the pizza. I drove to the store for my pickup and joined about 15 other people standing in the front of the store. The workers were busy, but nobody came to the front to check our names and the shelves with pizzas had a few on them that might have been handed out if someone came to the register and processed the line.
They eventually called my name and handed me my pizzas. When I got home I realized they didn’t give me the buffalo sauce for the wings. Shame on me for not double checking.

Had to drive 30 minutes came in with bogo coupons I was at a participating location they were not expired. But the store increased there prices so my coupons that I paid for would not work.
I was very disappointed at first, but the management on staff worked with me and made me a similar deal I ended up spending more than I wanted by like $8, but at the end of the day the management was very helpful and the pizza was very good.

The food was decent, nothing to complain about, but the manager was very rude and unwelcoming; it felt as though he was racist. I used to come in all the time, and the lady manager was very sweet and professional. The service from him was awful; I will never come back to this store. It seemed like he didn’t even want me to order.

App gave this store for my delivery placed my order and waited over an hour and a half and the app said the order was on its way then it was canceled.i called and they said I was out of their delivery range but when asked why I had to call and with an oh well attitude the guy I think his name was Adam said we refunded your card and when ask why haven’t I been called he didn’t have a answer. Would not recommend this store at all.

Terrible DoorDash experience! They do not communicate well with one another. Management was also very dismissive at this location. I’m not a person to write reviews, but when you act in the manner that was presented, things should be said.

I never had the stuffed crust pizza I went to QT for a pizza and tgis kid made the pizza with 2 inches of crust for $18 I took it back I went to papa John’s and got a way better pizza for less, I believe papa John’s really did change their pizza for the better I’ll show you the QT pizza and the difference between the 2, its papa John’s for me good job guys

After waiting almost 2 hours for my delivery. The driver came with the wrong order. Had to drive to Papa John’s at Highway 14 and Pelham. To pick it up. I wanted them to have my delivery fee removed. I also wanted them to remake the order because it was sitting for well over a hour. The manager on duty was being extremely rude telling me he has no help. And it’s going to be a 1 hour wait. This is not how you conduct business, especially when you made the mistake. I canceled the order and went to Hungry Howie’s on Highway 14 off of Woodruff Road. They did a great job and only took them 15 minutes make me an order. I wish they delivered closer to my house otherwise I wouldn’t have never went to Papa John’s on Pelham Road.
