Not even worthy of one star.

They charged me $2.15 for two black and white copies. When I asked them why their prices were so high the male worker said “We don’t have to explain that to you.” Yet they have Jehovas witness pamphlets displayed at the front of their store. I asked them if Jesus would reply like that. They said, “This has nothing to do with Jesus.” I have never seen such hypocritical business practices that avoid transparency at a local business. They threatened not to give me the copies. It worries me that they are making copies of sensitive info for people and act like this. Waste no time here!

You couldn’t pay me to return to your store. It’s so shameful that you treat people in our community this way when we are already struggling for affordable services. What makes it even more shameful is that you hide under the guise of “holiness” while you poorly try to hide the fact that you are ripping people off and are a practitioner of greed.

Questions about prices are quite common for the savvy shopper. You must not know savvy shoppers and are surrounded by “yes men.” You are the “CEO” of this place, so you should be able to justify your pricing easily. The fact that you reacted with defensiveness and aggression cultivates suspicion. You heard a customer complaint (which was initially a question) and you didn’t think it was valid. But, as a business owner, you do realize that customer feedback is a valuable source for improving your business. You threatened a customer with the refusal of business because they asked you a question about pricing. The reaction, defensiveness, and leveraging of power is the main reason you do not deserve patronage.

You say that GOD does not promote your business, yet you use the image of God at the front of your store. This leads customers to believe that you would follow the teachings of Jesus and the example he set. Most people know that he never tried to hide anything and discouraged greed. You DO use the image of God to promote your business, otherwise you wouldn’t have a full display of pamphlets right next to the cash register. If you believe everyone needs Jesus, then examine your behavior towards your customers and ask yourself if you are aligned. Or maybe you would be more comfortable focusing on other people and avoiding self-reflection. Up to you. We reap what we sow.

I hold no bias and would have the same complaint if you didn’t have a rack of JW pamphlets on full display. The fact that you do, however, highlights the hypocrisy of your demeanor.

I have mixed feelings about this place. The sign outside says nothing about what you find inside. Yes, there’s internet service but there’s also lots of yummy food items! A wide selection of frosty drinks, fruity drinks, shrimp cocktails, a yummy shrimp and crab dish and a variety of coffee drinks (watch out Starbucks). Then…I find out it’s been open eight years!! What??? There’s a cozy corner with sofa seating. The only reason I gave it 3 stars is it’s lack of trash cans, too shabby/shabby chic and put a larger…clean… coffee table in the cozy corner…please. Very nice staff and so welcoming

Staff is very detached with customers…it used to have computers for ppl to use, a couch, a tv, tables, chairs for customers to enjoy the ice cream parlor they have….now everything is blocked, you can sit and there’s no computers anymore, the tv and couch and tables are not used by customers, but by staff only….customers now stand behind a counter 3 feet from the door and order their ice cream…..it shouldn’t be called The Grind, Cyber Cafe….there’s no computers, there’s no coffee, there’s no seating….
