My first time here is on 01/11/24.
I was greeted when I first walked in. Erica was friendly and polite. She asked if I was a rewards member, which I wasn’t. She told me how to enroll. I ordered the slim n trim chocolate and the shredder chocolate. They are both very good. Can’t wait to take them to work me tomorrow! I also purchased protein powder. I think it’s definitely worth the price for starters. The drinks are really good. I highly recommend them!!! Thanks for the great service and smoothies!

Nice little place. Staff is always friendly. Very consistent (order the same thing, get the same thing at different locations), very mindful of modifications and allergy concerns. Know your ingredients though because not everyone knows if certain menu items contain certain allergens (asked about non-dairy substitutions in an item at one visit and the cashier suggested yogurt). Overall really good.

I’m so unhappy. Every single thing imaginable is absolutely ridiculous and outrageous. I don’t know how one can let there store be tinned like this one. They served me moldy fruit, there’s only ever one person working at a time. From my experience nothing bad to say about the team just the management. I’m a regular and every time I’ve been in I’ve seen a new face indicating they can’t keep workers. NEEDS NEW MANAGEMENT ASAP!!

I’ve been coming to this store for lunch 2-3 times per week since they opened, therefore, I spend a lot of money here, not anymore. During that time, I’ve let stuff slide over and over and over again. At this point, I’m tired of waisting my money at this joke of a location. From being greeted and told to have a nice day only occasionally; to them never being able to have consistency with the same popular smoothie I always order. I would just not waste my time or money. It appears that the main trait to being hired at this location is incompetence. Most employees can’t handle the volume at peak times, and it also appears they just toss stuff in the vitamix, regardless of the required amount. I’m sure Smoothie King will reply to this review, saying they are always trying to improve, but it’s a lost cause, as I have already tried once before to vent my frustrations directly to them. As a result I was given a free smoothie, but still no change in the consistency of the product or the competence of the majority of their employees.
