The whole place was downright amazing. It didn’t look run down or misused. Ordering food wasn’t an issue through the kiosk. Food was hot and delicious. Not a single reason to hate this restaurant.

I am recently order a few food through Uber Eats. The delivery took an incredibly long time to arrive. When it finally did, I discovered that the large fries I ordered were missing from the bag. Furthermore, I ordered a Diet Coke, but I received a different drink that tasted strange and had no ice in it. I am quite disappointed with this experience.

The food is exactly what you expect out of a McDonald’s, and the prices are pretty reasonable. The App has lots of good deals. The pick-up is easy and they even time your order so it’s ready right when you get to the restaurant

On Saturday night the February 28th around 8 o’clock I came in to charge my electronics before heading home like I do almost every night and sometimes in the mornings so I know that I am seen there quite regularly…. A group of teenagers came in about 15 minutes after I received my meal and shortly after they received they two of them started yelling at each other… the two kids started fighting each other in the lobby and after a few punches were thrown I decided to step in and break the fight up and after it a bit the manager on shift (Sam) told everyone to leave…. And I understand that is his job so after the situation de-escalated I checked in on one of the kids to make sure he was ok and that’s when this kid told me he was being bullied by the for his mom not being alive anymore…… I gave the kid a hug and told the group of kids it was better that they all left and I left after that…. So tonight march 1st when I come in like I always do… I get my meal and sit down and eat… later I noticed the same manager (Sam) was working so I went to talk to him and I asked him if the kids caused anymore trouble after I left and he looked at me with a pissed off slash shocked face and told me not to worry about it but he asked politely so I went back to my seat 5 minutes later he came up to me and to told me I was being BANNED for getting in between the kids fighting and when I asked him what I did wrong he said he received the “tapes” and saw me in the middle of the kids fighting and assumed I was part of the problem but he told i was okay for tonight but to not come ever again and so as I’m leaving I tried reasoning with him about the situation and I asked if there was some I can talk to about this and he told me there’s no one I can talk to about this and there is nothing I can do about it…. I have emailed my attorney about this situation and I told her this same message and I will be calling the store in the morning around 10 am to talk to who ever is in charge

I came to make a simple order. I used a kiosk and tried paying for my meal with a gift card but it wasn’t excepting the payment because the swipe machine is located in a spot that makes it difficult to use. I was then told to go to the counter to pay, as directed I attempted to pay and I was denied the ability to pay and wat told to use a kiosk that didn’t work and I was told to go to the counter. In the process I ended up having to wait 15 more min to reorder cause I couldn’t reuse the app deal I had available. Very unprofessional when a simple payment at the counter could have been done when the manager said he’d help but I still had to wait the 15 min. The time to process the payment would taken less time then helping me order and process payment on the kiosk.

4 out of 5 times the food is good on average for me. I’m impressed at their speed and that they always get my order right. Every now and then some… weird taste is in my food, but for the most part they are doing great given the busy location.

I had a disappointing experience at this McDonald’s location this morning, which I very often as it is near for my kid a (treat). There appears to be a staff member — an older Latina woman — who consistently provides respectful and attentive service only to Latina customers. As a Black woman, I couldn’t help but notice a clear difference in how I was treated. Her tone toward me was dismissive and unhelpful, which was both frustrating and upsetting.
Everyone deserves to be treated with the same level of courtesy, no matter their background. I hope McDonald’s management takes a closer look at how customers are being treated, because this kind of behavior does not reflect the values of fairness and inclusion that the company claims to uphold.
In general, most of the staff at this location appear to be non-attentive and could really benefit from customer service training. That said, there are still a few employees who assist with a smile, and their effort is appreciated — but they are the exception, not the norm.
It’s also frustrating to see how far McDonald’s has strayed from what it once represented: a happy, affordable, and customer-friendly place. Now it’s robotic order-taking, overpriced ($4 for low-quality food), and barely any human warmth from the employees. Honestly, if it weren’t for my child being introduced to McDonald’s by others, I’d cut it from my budget entirely.
