First time I went to this location, I wanted to order tenders. They were out. Ok. No big deal. Second time I went to this location, the girl told me to come back later because she was eating. I didn’t go back. The third time I visited this location was today. First of all, the guy taking my order didn’t seem like he knew what was going on. He wasn’t even sure about the BOGO. Ok. We got through that part. I ordered my wings wet and stressed that I really want them wet. I said that’s the way I like them. I like extra sauce. As pictured, you can see that really didn’t happen. If you look closely at the photo, you can see they didn’t mark the different sauces. So, we had to guess. We had to wait awhile for our wings. No problem. Good sign they were being cooked, right? Nope. Not hot and definitely not fresh. Also, they gave me a bag with 25 wings instead of thirty. No sense of urgency to get those additional wings while the other ones were just sitting there getting cold. Furthermore, there was only one other guy in there who ordered 10 wings. So, they weren’t busy. I had asked the guy taking my order if it comes with ranch or whatever. He said yes. Got my order and no ranch. I asked the girl about the ranch. She said it doesn’t come with it. She did give me some ranch though. I have more ranch than sauce on the wings now. Oh, and they had terrible music blaring through the speakers. Never again. Also, I asked him to put my phone number in, but then he asked me my name. I can’t find the receipt now. So, I don’t know if I got my points at this time.

Since Kevin took over as manager, this Buffalo Wild Wings location has gone to a completely different level. The difference in management shows immediately—from the energy of the staff to the speed, cleanliness, and overall vibe of the place.
Kevin runs this location like a true professional. The team is organized, attentive, and actually cares about customer experience. Food comes out hot and fresh, orders are accurate, and the service feels welcoming instead of rushed. You can tell morale is high, and that starts from the top.
This is how a Buffalo Wild Wings should be run. Huge shout-out to Kevin for turning this place around and setting a new standard. If you haven’t been here since he took over, you’re missing out. Highly recommended.

Food use to be good a couple months ago. Now the ranch isn’t even filled to the middle, chicken is always cold ( even when I pick it up and they say their finishing it up ). They have new workers it seems and it’s just not good anymore. Chicken barely ever has sauce and sometimes the chicken is hard and not pleasing to bite into like it’s been sitting out.

Awesome service, fast and wings were great! Very happy to see they got new fresh management, that caucasian old heavy set girl Jayme that was running that place was a disaster laying down on the waiting area chairs sleepers on and vaping, screaming at the employees like a banshee I was horrified, unlike the new manager who treated me nicely and cared that my order was nice and neatly packed, thanks new manger Kevin I will definitely be coming back !

I used to go to this location a few months ago and it was horrible, the lady manager that was there was so nasty and so rude, always screaming at the employees and customers! It looked dark in that place … but decided to give it a try today and my experience was very different …I saw new management and new faces!!!!! food was great this time and my over all experience was awesome looks like this is my new spot to go get some food for my late night cravings !!! The place looks more alive now, more in order!!!!!! I had a little issue with my order and the new General manager Kevin was so awesome, fixed it quickly and was very professional, he is super hilarious and totally made my day after I almost got mad about the mix up with my order. This kind of General manager was TOTALLY needed in this location! Bringing the coworkers for lunch to this location during the week! BDubs you guys finally did a Fantastic decision in this place! PLEASE BRING BACK THE HOT BBQ SAUCE!!

2nd straight bad experience with this store . Was a regular here but on Saturday night 12/20 /2025 I placed an online order for wings and 2 burgers and a large wedge. No wedges no dips which I paid for 3 extra . When I called I told the young lady of the issue she asked if I wanted to return I told her no and I would like a credit and How was I supposed to enjoy my wings without dips. She replied I can go stop by the store and pick some up. I said was rhetorical question and she hung up on me . Never again . Too many young kids working in this store and not enough responsible adults.

This location is very convenient as it’s centrally located (time wise) between the Chicago Ridge and Berwyn Locations for myself. It was very easy to place the order online for pickup. I arrived at the restaurant as specified after my online purchase for when my order would be ready. The order was displayed in the screen near the pickup bin area. Grab your order and “GO”. I did check my order once in my car and noticed three extra side sauces were missing. I went back in and explained to one of the employees and she quickly acknowledged the mistake, gave me the sauces and an extra fry for the inconvenience. I want too upset about the mistake as you should always double check your order before leaving anyhow.
Once home I was very happy with how well the wings were cooked, the perfect amount of crisp!
I’ll definitely be ordering again at this location! They also offer a small dining area for a quick lunch break.

I haven’t evet been to a BWW GO but it gave me Wing Stop vibes. Where you can sit down to eat but no waitresses they just hand you your food. This particular spot, the ladies were very kind and helpful. My app wasn’t working and they were super patient. I order 2 “20 dollar deals”. It came with 20 wings and fries. The spot was fast and the staff was helpful.
