i’d give more stars if i could , they are so kind and sweet. especially liz ! in my opinion she needs a promotion,or better pay because she always goes above and beyond. her customer service is impeccable. they also have such a good variety of ice’s and custards. highly recommend the strawberry cheesecake cream ice, and the pistachio custard. (but seriously give liz a raise and some recognition )

I’m not a snowflake like most people in this world. And I don’t need to be treated special. But these workers there was rude. I get in the parking lot and order on the app because I want to earn my free ice. I get to the window. And they make me wait for my ices and take care of people that get there after me. I requested no top that way the cup can get filled good. The ices had tops and wasnt full. I asked if she can fill it better and got mad about it.

I ordered off Grubhub and for some reason it picked this location which is pretty far from me and I wouldn’t have gotten a driver. I tried to contact Grubhub about canceling and they refused so I called the store, the gentleman I spoke to was very nice and respectful and tried to help me.. then the manager got on the phone and she was very rude, I felt bad because I do understand they lose the money but it genuinely wasn’t my fault. She didn’t need to be rude about it. She kept being snappy and arrogant about “loosing the $15” and I kept apologizing because I felt so bad. I then Called back to apologize again and I didn’t even get the chance to say anything and she goes “I already cancelled your order” like jeez lady. I then told her I’m sorry again and I hope her attitude changes and maybe this could be a learning experience to treat customers better.. I do not recommend this place

The staffs is always friendly and patient especially with the kids. They have a good selection of flavors! And I love their pretzels. There are two tables out front for outdoor seating with trash cans conveniently near by. There is plenty of parking. There are no public bathrooms here.

They moved to a new location within independence plaza not too long ago. It was a great decision because now the store is next to all my other favorite stores. Their custard ice cream is creamy, fluffy, and addicting! I went during a day when it was raining and they had a buy one get one free special going on. I was bursting with joy at being able to bring a large cup of ice cream home for my significant other. Consider myself a loyal customer of this establishment!

Got the pinecolada Gelato for the hubby & the concrete for my son plus I took advantage of the free frozen iced coffee got the regular cold brew & my son said it’s the best he’s had! So definitely a must try for all you cold brew fans!
