It’s a BK that’s on base… So slightly better than the average BK locations out in the public. Food was what you’d expect and service was a little odd. Communication seemed difficult when placing my order. Place was relatively clean.

This woman has 0 customer service traits. She is the worse I’ve ever experienced in a drive thru. She was mean, nasty, rude, didn’t drop off our order in the front and wanna expect us to come and grab it. It was a smooth morning with nobody behind or in front of us but she over here rushing the order.
If you’re having a bad day then go home!!! Nobody wants that nasty attitude of yours!

It’s definitely an option for someone who doesn’t have much time for lunch.It’s your typical burger king.I used the drive through and even though at lunchtime it was busy.The line moved fairly quickly. The times that I went there was a female staff member working the drive through, and she was very efficient. She probably isn’t a morning person and she did not talk very much but other than that.She got me, my food and it was quick.So no complaints

On 29 Jan 26, at 1341, I stopped to get food. Order a whopper with cheese. This meal was fine, but the2nd meal was not corrected, ordered a DBL BCN King guess what very little bacon whatsoever and way to much mayo it made it way to soggy. I did not discovered it until after I arrived at home. I tried calling from 1400 to 1515 and noone answered. I feel they should make a new sandwich or refund my money. To top it off it was cold.

Angie was awesome! She was beautiful and had great customer service. Tell Angie that we said we appreciate her. I asked her for her name because I wanted to give her a great Google review because she asked us what we wanted even before we got to the cash register so that she could have our food done at a decent time thank Angie for being very good to us. ⭐ 1 Star — Patrick Space Force Base Burger King (October 8, 2025, 2:10 PM)
This was one of the worst fast-food experiences I’ve had in years.
The drive-through operator on duty was shockingly rude — no greeting, no courtesy, and visibly irritated from the start. She yanked my credit card from my hand, gave both my daughter and me a nasty look, and acted as if we were an inconvenience. My English is clear, but she behaved as though she couldn’t understand a word.
To make matters worse, the “Royal” Chicken Sandwich wasn’t royal at all — in fact, it wasn’t even fit for the watchdogs in the stable. The lettuce was limp and bitter, the sandwich was cold, and the presentation looked like it had been sitting for hours.
Our simple two-item order took over ten minutes, and we were told to pull forward and wait in the lot for the food to be brought out.
This was only my second visit since 2021 — and now I remember why. Completely unacceptable customer service and food quality.

This is located on the south end of Patrick Space Force Base immediately to the south of the gas station and north of the Commissary and the Medical Group building. This location is a stand-alone building with plenty of parking, a drive-through, and eat-in options. It is designed like most other Burger King locations with wrap-around drive-through and eat-in options. I ordered at the counter on this visit. The staff was very friendly. The menu was located above the counter behind the register. You pay, get your drinks and your number will be called to pick up your food at the counter. I had not been to this restaurant in a while and was pleasantly surprised by the experience. The food came out quickly and was delicious. I got a whopper junior and a drink. The drinks are serve-yourself in the drink station to the left of the counter. The restaurant was clean. The inside dining was a mixture of tables in the middle and booths surrounding the outside. I have been told that since this location is on base, the hours are limited in the evening. Overall, it was a very pleasant experience that I would recommend to fellow travelers
