Amazing jerk! Jerk chicken contender and juicy,and well done all at the same time. The jerk chicken and shrimp Alfredo is theeeeeee bomb!!! The sauce and cheese behind it is so good. It has just the right spice, plenty of chicken in it,but only 4 big,juicy,flavorful shrimp on top! A total tease on that note! Definitely keeps you coming back for more! I’m a fan! Highly recommended!

I will say this “The second time around” was on point. Okay I didn’t finish my review. When I say the second time around was on point. The pizza was fulfilling and tasty. The ox tails were tender and meaty and the day before was the white jerk chicken dinner was delicious. I definitely enjoyed and was satisfied. Customer service was very good.

The more I ate the worse it got. I think the mac and cheese had garlic in it, the bread tastes stale, the chicken had no flavor, the sweet potatoes were okay and the rice and beans was okay. Nothing was fabulous I will not be going again.

Great vibe. They showed us mad love; gave me and my friend a free drink entertaining my “asking for something free” shananigings but genuinely in spirit of the holidays and giving back. The staff was amazing; indulged in our humor as they checked in with us about our food while serving other customers. My 1st time ever having oxtail [with mac & cheese] and it was the best I ever had!
I ordered the oxtail meal with a mixed wing dinner a few nights ago through Uber Eats for me and my girlfriend, and never got it due to the delivery driver. But I thought to myself, “This food must be good, if it got stolen”
So I reorder and I’m so glad I did. Whomever prepared my food tonight, THANK-YOU! You got me ready to order again, again, and again!

I ordered 2 jerk chicken tacos and a jerk dinner. When I checked my food the tacos were not in there so when I asked the woman behind the counter for my tacos she went to the back and got them . Thank goodness I checked. But once I got home ready to finally eat I discovered they were not tacos it was on pita bread which I never seen before. I had to leave home get up and go back to change the mistake because I’m not paying $40 to not get what I wanted. Once I got back there and explained the issue she was not apologetic at all. As if it was my fault they got my order wrong. I didn’t get offered a free anything or discount. I’m never eating here again ever again.

My second visit to Crayven and it was VERY good! I had the jerk chicken dinner with plantains and cabbage. The plantains were perfect! Sweet and cooked well. The jerk chicken perfectly seasoned. And the cabbage, SO tasty! Not soggy but firm and tender at the same time! Well seasoned but not salty. I was pleased the dinner came with hard dough bread. They got the jerk chicken right so now I’m ready to graduate to other dishes and they have a nice variety. Oh and customer service was good, the lady was quite pleasant.

Me and my husband love this jerk place we go quite often, but I just wanna put it out there to the place so they can correct this problem. I think they warm up the mac & cheese in the styrofoam container that is given to the customers.I don’t think that’s a good idea. You can tell @ the bottom of styrofoam container it’s being warmed up a little bit too much. I really do think they should warm the mac & cheese up in a different container( not styrofoam). This is just a health tip. Overall, the food is amazing.
