It was an overall great experience. I had a bbq sandwich, grilled cheese and a brownie. Wonderful delicious bbq, grilled cheese tasted like my granny made it(it was great!) and the brownie was heaven! Their sweet tea is extra sweet, and the atmosphere is very chill and relaxed.

Had the ribs, they were well smoked but a little salty. I did enjoy them, the mild sauce is tangy like a Carolina style sauce and tamed the saltiness of the rub. They only do the ribs on Friday and Saturday, so midweek ribs are out. The service is friendly and eager to serve.

Halls is a small town, so the choice to eat is limited. My Amanda and myself went 2 days and ate. They were out of bbq, but the hamburger and fries were amazing. It is a great place if you find yourself in Halls, this is a great place for a quick bite.

Great place to eat. Website says they are open right now closes at 8pm and it’s 6:13 right now and I’ve been calling and calling since 530 and noone answers. And the fact you sell ribs anymore is a bummer. What BBQ place don’t sell ribs? That was the best thing on your menu!

The food is meh. Prices are good though. I was recommended this place while visiting in Halls, and I was not impressed. Hateful and uncaring unprofessional staff. Its crazy how they are still open. The regulars must keep this place alive. BBQ is dry and tasteless, slaw is OK but its prepackaged, so. Won’t eat there again, so I cannot comment on anything else.

I ordered pulled pork and got chopped. Ordered slaw on sandwich and got nothing. Baked beans were cold and not heated at all. This was four sandwiches with two different orders and they all were done this way. Can’t wait to see how my next order will be when they get it wrong.

Cute little hole in the wall place. Good food very friendly service. Portions here are just right. Not to big or to little. The Deluxe Smoked Turkey and pig tails are my favorite.

It’s pretty good BBQ. I have never seen more than 4 people in there at a time. With more advertising and some exciting weekly specials they could really up their game.
