I really wanted to like this place but it is clear that it is nothing more than a nostalgia act. I highly doubt that they serve any fresh food as everything tasted as if it was frozen. The floors were dirty even though a “wet floor” sign was left out to give the perception of some sort of mop use. The bathroom was disgusting and I bet I got a disease from the 5000 years of dirt on the bathroom door. I pretty sure that if I had brought my archeological set, I could’ve found some dinosaur bones stuck in the door dirt. I would suggest not trying the ketchup. It is clear that they delude the ketchup with water as it is runnier than melted butter on a gold tooth. Also, the chlorine taste in the ketchup is a little overwhelming. They should switch to some Dasani ketchup. I honestly don’t know how this place is still in business.

Very Friendly staff, and the food was just as good. I was at the truck stop in Graham for the weekend and caught an Lyft to Mc Crae’s barbershop. While waiting, I asked about food and he recommended this spot which was literally a minute walk around the corner. Friendly folks, good food, and inexpensive.

Great place to visit!! Amazing food, I ordered the pepper steak hoagie basket, very tender and delicious!! Excellent customer service, polite, friendly staff. The waiter was super and the cook very experienced with over 30 years of service! I would highly recommend this location! Thank you for an all-around awesome lunch experience!!

This is wonderful diner food and we get that delicious and comforting flavor everytime we have a cheat meal. We fight the urge as often as we can but recommend the gyro (chicken or regular), burger, and hot dog combos. The fries and tater tots are always hot and made to order. Portions are plentiful and the price is right!

. The service wasn’t the best I could barely understand the waiter. The restaurant is a little grimy could definitely use a clean up. The ketchup taste old and funky, the sandwich I had wasn’t bad but the prices were good.

I couldn’t make this up.My family and I visit the Graham/Burlington area every so often decided to try something different and dined here.
I ordered the hamburger basket. We were a party of five the service was good,food and drinks were fast.
Long story short,I ate 2 fries and discovered there was a short black hair wrapped around the white plastic fork on my plate! It appeared to be a pubic hair
( I know the difference)! Sick to my stomach I showed our waiter the fork with the hair attached to it before requesting a new plate, ultimately I ended up cancelling my order. There was no one else dining in the restaurant when we were there….also we are a bi-racial family by the way.
FYI there are more issues I could bring to the forefront none of them is more disturbing than this.
No one took accountability or could look me in the eye when l addressed the problem.
Had I ordered hair with my order there wouldn’t be an issue .It is safe to say we will not be visiting this establishment again nor will we make a positive recommendation. Totally unprofessional and unsanitary. Bless your heart.Do better.

The service was prompt, the food was fast and hot. I had the Twin Hot Dog Basket with mustard and chili. The chili was thick and meaty-excellent- fries were hot and crispy. On the downside I like mustard on the table which they did not have. Also, I would like to see a wider selection of diet fountain drinks, only diet Pepsi was available. I will definitely be back to try more of the menu items.
