The pizza was not bad although admittedly I wasn’t expecting it to be cut into little squares. As is common with most pizza places we had to cut into the pieces ourselves just to break them apart because they never cut them fully despite it looking as if they had but it wasn’t too bad. I wouldn’t personally recommend the drinks on the menu because they aren’t very balanced and sometimes have more ice than actual drink but on the bright side if you ask for something and they have the ability to make it they will which they did for me mum. The place was pretty empty so service wasn’t too bad. The waiter was sweet and came back to check on us a couple times. The pizza took a while but I’d say around 15 minutes at the most was the wait time. The place is very rustic and unique from most places in Worcester that decided to take a modern approach which is a big relief because you actually feel like you’re in a place known for it’s pizza and not in a sad bleak McDonalds that decided to follow the trend of modernizing. If you’re in the downtown area the prices and the location aren’t too bad. I’d recommend especially if you have one of those handy discounts!

Tiny pizza for $16, not worth it.
Crust isn’t fresh, and doesn’t taste like 25 years ago. Now they make it and freeze it. Too long refrigerated. Tastes hard and stale. Toppings were decent but I won’t be a fan 🙁

Food is great. Very difficult to find a good deep dish pizza. Great menu variety and something different from traditional menu fare. Service leaves something to be desired (very slow ) despite not appearing to be busy at all, but they are friendly enough. Overall a grand value. For the price paid, I left stuffed with leftovers in hand.

Restaurant was empty when we arrived, about 1:30 no one at hostess desk had to wait for only waitress on duty to be seated. She was very nice.maybe a little overwhelmed but she was fine. Handled allergy issue. Took a while to get drinks No one from management came out to verify allergies. They’re was a person in sweat pants and shirt with headphones around his neck that would help clear dishes. We were not in a hurry but things could of gone quicker not the waitress fault. Place started to fill up after a while. We sat for a while afterwards paid our bill and left. Pleasentlt validated parking.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Uno, and my experience was greatly enhanced by Felicia, our waitress. She was not only attentive but also exuded a warm and professional demeanor that made our visit enjoyable.
Felicia demonstrated remarkable efficiency, ensuring our drinks were served promptly and to perfection. The food at Uno was outstanding. We sampled both the deep-dish pizza and the Detroit-style pizza, and I was pleasantly surprised to find that I preferred the Detroit-style—an unexpected delight, as it was my first encounter with Chicago deep-dish. Both dishes were delicious, and Felicia kindly provided us with boxes to take home the leftovers, as there was more than enough to enjoy.
The pricing was reasonable, and the ambiance of the restaurant and bar was inviting. Adorned with vintage artwork and photographs of Chicago and its celebrities, the setting was both warm and appealing. Upon arrival, we were greeted pleasantly by the host, which set a positive tone for our visit. The weekday timing meant that the restaurant was not overly crowded, allowing us to enjoy a more intimate dining experience in the brightly lit space.
Overall, my visit to Uno, complemented by Felicia’s excellent service, left a lasting impression, and I look forward to returning in the future.

This place should get negative 10000000000 stars! We went here on Saturday November 15, 2025. My DIL took my grandson into use the bathroom. So they sat , figuring she’d order the drinks and pizza while we got a parking space.. mind you it took us a half hour to get a space..so I asked where our waitress was.. they had no clue. So this other one retook our order.. brought us drinks and reordered the pizza… 45 minutes later still no pizza. My son and other grandson had to leave to be at the Centrum , he was singing in the choir at the Railers game.. so I asked again about the pizza.. by then I literally said we should just cancel it.. we ran out of time.. the pizza shows up .. it was *suppose* to be a large…. haha more like a small.. the *sauce* was cold, cheese was rubber.. crust was burnt… we had to get this gross teeny tiny pizza to go.. $27.00 The place wasn’t busy either.. very poor service and extremely poor food.. Don’t waste your money.. we should’ve just sent the pizza back and walked out… DISGUSTING

Server was no where to be found for 15 mins. Then another 30+ min wait, despite the restaurant being nearly empty. They said several people called out, but it was still chaos, like no one knew what they were doing or how to handle it. They should plan their schedules to account for the events at the DCU Center. It’s like this constantly. The only reason they stay in business is the proximity to DCU because no one would choose to return here otherwise. Out of several menu items – not sure how a pizza place runs out of pepperoni.

Went in and was told 20 min wait….we waited an hour to be told you should just do take out. The host sat on his phone the whole time. My friends were seated for 40 min and no one took their order. My other friends waited an hour for their food. Service needs severe improvement.

Stayed at connected hotel and got a coupon for free appetizer with purchase of entree. Got takeout and it was ready within 10-15 minutes, was hot and delicious.
Pizza skins were pretty decent but a bit too mushy for my tastes because of the mashed potatoes. Regardless is a tasty item but can be very filling.
Windy City Works thin crust pizza was very delicious, but unfortunately there was a popsicle stick baked into the crust of the last slice as we ate the rest of the pizza before finding it.
Had a call with the manager and she offered us a remake, refund, or free pizza/appetizer/dessert for next time we come in. Virginia, you are the goat, and the woman working order desk was lovely and had good vibes.
Overall an enjoyable, awkward, and funny experience, but leaves me genuinely confused on how a whole popsicle stick was lodged into the crust.
Update: we were able to get a full refund, the staff are very considerate and helpful!
