Decided to order some pizza and some wings for dinner/lunch . Once I got home and check my order I saw that my wings had some hair , I decided to throw it away and give the Pizza the benefit of the doubt which was my mistake because the pizza had some hair in it as well. I called the store and they did not apologize or anything. They just said give us 10 minutes and we can make you a new one. I declined there offer I just wanted them to be aware

OK so we used to order from China Springs Pizza Hut all the time, but the pizza started changing first the crust. It wasn’t good. We always got thin crispy crust ,and it started tasting like chewy paper.Then the sauce changed and did not taste like Pizza Hut sauce nor did the Pepperoni. We quit ordering from there and started going to Bellmead Pizza Hut. The best Pizza Hut we’ve found is in Hewitt you can still go in and sit down to eat if you want the pizza and manager are Fantastic! I’ve been told they have a new manager at China Spring Pizza Hut,so I will try them again here’s hoping it’s gotten better.

CLEAN KITCHEN 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️Been here a few months, but the day before we leave for KY, I had to try this location specifically. First impressions, clean kitchen even when busy on a friday, staff was very friendly and attentive. Wait time for order was under 15 min ordering inside. The food was cooked perfectly. We ordered a make your own bbq chicken pizza, breadsticks, and a salad. We were extremely happy with how everything turned out. Absolutely would recommend even if it means going out of your way!

Normally, my order is cooked to perfection. I order full chicken & beef, half pepperoni on one side, half black olives on the other. On this order, the pepperoni & black olives were both on the same side. The manager showed me the ticket, and it was prepared to the spec on the ticket. I thought I ordered wrong, and the restaurant dutifully corrected the issue. When I got back home, I checked my order on the app, and I had indeed ordered it correctly. The ticket did not reflect what I ordered on the app. Something got changed between my order on the app, & the specifications used to make the pizza….BTW I LOVE the EDGE crust. It should be a standard crust.
