We ordered the truffle French fries which was very good. Not salty just the perfect texture. I personally ordered the LINGUINI ALLA VONGOLE
SAUTEED WITH VANILLA CLAMS AND PARSLEY, GARLIC AND EXTRA VIRGIN OIL and my girlfriend order TORTELLINI
STUFFED WITH RICOTTA AND SPINACH TOPPED WITH BROWN BUTTER SAGE. My food was very flavorful and delicious, but my girlfriend did not enjoy her Tortellini. She didn’t like it because it was dry and warm closer to cool and not flavorful. She wanted more of the brown sage butter flavor which her meal lacked. I completely finished my meal and the leftovers she had. They also have a decent wine selection. The atmosphere however was jaw dropping. Very Artsy and lovely we would come back here and I would recommend it to people who are fans of Italian cuisine
My favorite dish by far was the carbonara, which was very creamy and came out piping hot. The mussels were good–I loved the broth but with the mussels themselves were a bit bigger. The pork chop was good as well, especially around the fatty areas, but still a little dry in the middle.
The price is also very affordable which really makes this a great value restaurant for me.
The appetizer was simple, but very yummy. The bread was crispy and the sauce tasted fresh and had a kick to it 🙂
I got the Pappardelle Alla Bolognese; Country classic meat sauce, and it was very creamy and delightful!
For dessert I got the Lava cake and it came with a scoop of ice cream.
The ice cream was sweet and the lava was very smooth. My first time trying lava cake and it was a very indulging experience.
I had a great time!
My favorite dish is the carbonara – so delicious. But I’ve had multiple dishes by now (and most desserts) and it’s apparent that they place a very high focus on quality and flavor. I just asked my server who mentioned that all deserts and pastas are homemade, and I am not surprised. So good!
