Mobile drive thru at this location is a mess. I always get stuck behind several cars after I have my food because they don’t use their 3 numbered spaces and have the lead car pull up to wait for their order. Everyone else in line is held up because of this. Tonight I had about 8 cars ahead of me and we were all stuck because they don’t utilize their own spaces designated for this purpose.
Also, pictured is the grilled chicken salad I ordered. They didn’t bother cutting up the chicken and there was maybe 10 pieces of shredded cheese on the whole salad. This is the poorest excuse of a salad I have ever gotten from any CFA. They really need to do better at this location.

On December 10th, around lunch time, I went through the drive through at this Chick-fil-A, and the customer service was above and beyond. They helped me during a moment of stress, and made sure I got my food hot and fresh. I am truly grateful for their hospitality, and the wonderful food as well. I just wanted to express my gratitude to the great team at Chick-fil-a.

update: I dropped stars because honestly I’m tired coming to chick fil a locations. They have the order mark as ready for pickup and when you arrive at the store the order is not ready. You are waiting an additional 5 minutes or more. The Chick-fil- a on east west connector is the same. This location also is having issue with its card system. I couldn’t not pay for a milkshake
I’m not a fast food person but I was craving a chocolate milkshake tonight. Five Guys milkshakes are too expensive, and not worth the price. so I decided to try Chick-fil-A milkshake as an alternative.
It was very tasty, and I enjoyed it. I’ll be back.

You would think going to a Chick-fil-A location it would be a great experience because it usually is. This being a new location you’d hope they would have the same greatness as the other ones around it. The employees don’t really have the Chick-fil-A manners & politeness. I didn’t even get a my pleasure the few times I’ve gone. The food most importantly the fries are either extremely salty or have no salt at all & kinda give undercooked. The lines are soooo long but I’ll give them a little grace since they’re new & it takes a while till they find their pace but I shouldn’t wait 30-40 minutes for one sandwich meal. I’m extremely close to this Chick-fil-A & I rather drive to the one on austell or Dallas hwy. I miss the one on macland too.

I was really excited when this Chick-fil-A opened around the corner, but the experience hasn’t matched the other locations in the area. The friendliness just isn’t quite the same, and I’ve had several small issues that I’ve never had at other Chick-fil-A restaurants. This is the second time I’ve ordered soup and didn’t receive a spoon. I let it slide the first time, but having it happen again is disappointing. I genuinely hope they tighten up a few things because the convenience is great, but the consistency just isn’t there yet.

Joshua is the example of outstanding customer service. Never before have I had an employee stick around after handing me my food to make sure I received everything I was supposed to, and It’s so refreshing to see! The service was efficient and effective at the same time.

I’ve been to this location about 3 times now and every occasion the customer service and wait time have been horrible. The first two times since this is a new location I did not want to leave a review but after today I have to. I went inside just to order a spicy deluxe sandwich. When I arrived I noticed there was only one car in drive thru and when I walked in no one was ordering and the progress board they have only showed one DoorDash order in progress. After ordering I waited about 10 minutes and thought what is taking so long but after 20 minutes and still no food I decided to get a refund. When I let them know I wanted a refund no one asked why or addressed why I wanted a refund. The supervisor came over and punched in her numbers and walked away from the register she didn’t address the problem either. It is really disappointing to see this type of customer service from chik fil a especially a new location. I think this location needs more training from corporate.

I don’t know at what point this became the standard at Chick-fil-A especially this being a brand new location. I’m very disappointed in Chick-fil-A and lately even at other locations. I feel like it has not been their pleasure. The young lady that served me, however, was very sweet and polite today.

I’m really disappointed with this brand-new Chick-fil-A location. You would think a new store would be focused on running smoothly, but that hasn’t been my experience. The team seems very young and honestly pretty unmotivated. They’ve gotten my order wrong several times already.
Tonight was the last straw — I arrived around 9:30 PM and they had already closed the inside registers and shut down the milkshake machine, even though the restaurant clearly closes at 10 PM. It basically felt like they closed almost two hours early, and customers were left with no real service options.
This is definitely not the level of service I expect from Chick-fil-A. I hope management steps in and gets things on track, because right now it’s not living up to the brand at all.
