I waited in the drive through for them to hand me the frosties I ordered and no food. The lady then was yapping and airing her frustrations about us not getting our food yet then handed us the bag with the food in it cold. And I ordered a 4$ biggie bag and it only had the nuggets in it.

We were the only ones besides a couple eating. It took them. 33 minutes to make a chicken sandwich and 10 piece chicken nuggets. The Asiago Chicken came without bacon, the nuggets and fries were a little better than room temp. The guy at the register just looked lost in he entire time. I will never return.

The people who made my food were fast and nice. The person who took my order was spot on with her description of the new sause and the entire restaurant was clean the napkin area was stocked and the machine for beverages was working fully.

I just wanted to take the time to write a quick review after my visit tonight. The guy who brought our food to us waited till we could check our bag to make sure we had everything because he knew it was a busy night and mistakes can happen. The other guy at the window was also nice and updated us to let us know the system was a little slow so we weren’t left wondering where our card was Good service, and great food! Thanks!

I went to Wendy’s drive-thru to order lunch. I specifically went there over other fast-food places because Wendy’s offers Coke products. They had a sign on the speaker that said that their pop machine was down. I understand these things happen, however, I left because I needed my Diet Coke to survive the day.

Horrible service from one cashier specifically. I know customer service was hard but he wouldn’t speak up and when I tried asking him to repeat it he got all in a tizzy and walked away. Did not come back and I waited expecting a return, but eventually one of the other workers finished taking my order.
He has walked off on me ordering once before and not returned into view for at LEAST the duration of my meal. Hire better than these moody, scrawny teenagers.

I just want to give a big shoutout to the sweet lady who was working at Wendy’s this morning. I was having such a rough start to my day, but your kindness turned everything around. It’s amazing how a small moment of kindness can make such a big difference.

It’s a Wendy’s and with this one you have to check the bag they give you before leaving cause the chances are high that they will forget an item you ordered/paid for and they don’t answer the phone. This type of instance has happened more than a couple times now.

Went to get dinner for my family, got home… No straws, no sour cream for my sour cream and chives potatoe, then go to eat my potato and it’s rotten. Like how do you not see that in 3 different spots? Also I called up there to talk to manager talked to someone for 2 minutes then said hold on a minute then set the phone down. It’s been 24 minutes I’ve been listening to them.
