I visited this Jersey Mikey’s today and was really disappointed with the customer service. The person who attended me seemed uninterested and unhelpful, as if he didn’t want to be there. It completely changed the experience for me. I hope management can address this, because customer service makes all the difference.

Ordered a #10 (tuna fish) online for pick up, picked it up, didn’t check the order, got the wrong sandwich. Its hot out and I don’t have time to go back and I’m annoyed, what a waste of money and food because I don’t want whatever this is.
