When did shops and stores start closing before they closed? Came in at 7:50… store closes at 8:00. “Yo bro, we closed”. First off, learn to interact with your customers properly. Secondly, this is not a restaurant where I am going to be there for an hour. Take 2 minutes and make me a drink. Cleaning is supposed to happen after you close.

I visited this Starbucks today and had a disappointing experience. The barista took over 7 minutes to even acknowledge us. There was no one else in line, yet we were left standing there with no explanation or apology for the delay. This is not the level of service I expect from Starbucks. Unfortunately, we ended up leaving without ordering anything. Very disappointed and won’t be returning to this location.

This has been one of my favorite Starbucks for years. The service is always great, and if an order gets messed up they will correct it no questions asked. They usually have a large drive thru line in the a.m., but they always move through it very fast.

Hunter made me a perfect cup of matcha, possibly the best I’ve ever had. Was so delicious, had to go back for another and he recommended trying it with vanilla syrup – again delicious. I love Starbucks when drinks are made well but unfortunately taste can vary a lot based on who is making it. Really appreciate people like Hunter who go the extra mile to make a perfectly balanced, great tasting drink that’s consistently delicious!

The ladies were sweet. I just hated that the barista put ACTUAL SALT on my salted caramel frapp when its usually the caramel salt. Regular salt isnt the same. Lol she should have asked b4 putting that on my item. But it was still okay. 🙂

Brittany is the best! She always goes above and beyond. When they were running out everywhere else of my fav seasonal coffee and I called to check if they had any left she took time to check and let me know they have 2 full bottles left. Also gave me a heads that they were having a special on breakfast sandwiches . I called back a couple days later and spoke with Kat, Who was rude and short. When I asked if they still has some of the seasonal she didn’t even look just immediately answered no. Then I asked if the special was still going on. Not only was she quick to say no again but she cut me off before I could finish. I called in the next day Since I had a feeling she didn’t even check for the seasonal. I get Brittany again who apologized for the rude employee and sure enough there was still 1 and a half bottles left. She needs to be paid more or manage this kiosk. Even though I had that bad experience speaking to the other employee, Brittany made up for it with her great customer service and she always makes my drink just the way I like!
