The team member Aerie was extremely rude. Cut me and partner off multiple times when talking and seemed extremely annoyed/inconvenienced while asking us what we wanted on our subs. She also was rude to people waiting in drive through saying “you’ll have to wait a few minutes” as soon as they arrived no greeting or apology.

Doesn’t even check the drive thru window. sat out there for over 25 mins hoping my food doesn’t get cold. obviously there’s either not enough people or they’re just standing around. it wasn’t even busy. the worker just stood next to the window not even trying to check it.

I was extremely disappointed with this place. The lady “helping me” with my online order was so rude not only over the phone but when I came in as well. Gave me an “i dont know whats going on I just get paid to stand here” vibe. For a manager, i’m questioning whether this lady ever took her food serve safe test, she was coughing all over the ingredients for the sandwiches..disgusting. Im furious for so many reasons. This place has gone to crap.

Service here just keeps getting worse. We put an online order in so we wouldn’t have to wait. After we put the order in we walked around Walmart picked up a few groceries . Went to get our sandwiches after and they were not ready. My husband has been inside waiting on 2 footlongs for 30 min now . Service is usually slow here because they have only 1 person working .however there’s 2 ppl working today. Its just so frustrating. Its the same thing everytime

Came for lunch like I normally do and most of the time the workers are great but this time there was a manager who was taking my order and she was completely rude the whole time. Honestly very disappointed in how she acted towards me. I for one will never go back to this establishment until I know she has been either fired or quit… I love subway but it’s not worth coming in and geting rude customer service.

My fiance and daughter came in with an order of 5 – ft long sandwiches and salads. 3 of the orders we were receiving over the phone as we walked down the line. Emily was working. A real trooper ! She hung in there, smiled as she went about her work, just made the whole fiasco go so much easier than it could have been. She deserves a pat on the back for outstanding customer service, excellent attitude and in my book, going above and beyond to make sure we as a group (including the phone orders) had excellent customer satisfaction. We have gone to this restaurant many times in the past 20+ years, and I cannot ever leaving there and being this satisfied with a restaurant. Kudos to Emily, you’re the best ! Thank You.

We came here for subs and left feeling horrible for the staff.

1 star for the treatment of staff.
One of the ladies making our subs broke down in tears as she said she had been working 20 hours none stop due to not enough staff and new staff just quitting. Also, subway has changed the way they do the subs which added onto the stress of the team.
Having an employee break down in front of customers is one thing but hearing how they’re treated is another. We were still greeted with a smile and had a fantastic sandwich even though they’re dealing with so much. If you pop through, be an encouragement to this team because they need it.
