This is the 2nd time in a month I have been to this Panera with bad results. Today, the food was noticeably poorly made. Salad was almost half lettuce stock including end, soup had giant chunks of leaves in it and tasted flavorless. For $17, I can go to a lot of different places for better food. A week ago, I was the only car in the drive thru, ordered a bagel and it took 7 minutes. I am done with this Panera for a while.

Received the worst stomach pain from eating here. I had gotten 2 bowls of mac and cheese for 20 dollars. I’m not going to lie and say my bowl of mac didn’t taste good, because it did taste good. The mac and cheese became slightly unappetizing towards the end of eating but nonetheless it was fine. I get home and I kid you not, my stomach feels like my intestines are twisted up. I have no history of being lactose intolerant. I have been on the verge of throwing up many times, and constantly using the restroom every 20 minutes. I will not be coming here again, and I am very upset I spent 20 dollars to get a nice dose of food poisoning. Currently I still am bed ridden writing this review.

Panera bread at this location is really solid. Their staff is super nice and if there is any issue they make it right every time. There tea is always fresh, their food is always piping hot. You just really can’t ask for more.

I stopped at this Panera and ordered pastries and a half-dozen bagels. When I picked up my order, the pastries were in a box, but the bagels were just thrown on top of the box with no separate bag. That felt careless and unprofessional. For the price Panera charges, I expected a bit more care and basic packaging.

Ordered delivery of bagels. Order was correct and was on time. The problem I have is that the receipt (two full pages stapled together) was stuffed directly on top of and around the food. That’s gross. The papers were damp and covered in what appeared to be non-bagel related food. The order came in a separate large bag so I don’t know why the receipt wasn’t simply stuffed between the food bags and the carry bag. OR they clearly have a stapler. So staple the bags shut like every other restaurant and attach the receipt to the outside.

I don’t go to this location anymore. There was hair in our food the last time we went. We ate inside, my husband picked up his breakfast sandwich and pulled out a long curly hair. Unfortunate, it happens, went up to the counter and requested them to make a new sandwich. My husband got his new sandwich and another freaking hair stuck in the cheese. I called customer service to report them and get a refund. My question is how does this happen twice if it was not intentional. But a quick glance at the staff making food lots of loose hair no hair nets no hats, nothing, still 2 times in a row is suspicious.

Super disappointed. Ordered you pick 2 (2 different ones). On one, we ordered a BLT salad, there was NO bacon on it and there were large pieces of lettuce (like they should be used on a sandwich). The broccoli cheese soup tasted good however it was very runny and maybe two pieces of broccoli. The second order was a 1/2 chicken pesto dipper but they gave us the wrong dipping sauce. The wild rice soup was good though. Then when we opened the bag, there was a piece of French bread just thrown in there (no wrap, no butter and it was stale). How does this happen especially at these prices? Very disappointed!

On our first visit to the new Apple Valley location we were happy with our experience. The cashier Ian was very friendly and helpful, we made sure to take advantage of their drink and dessert specials with a purchase.
My wife ordered as ordered the [thai chicken] soup and [sesame chicken] salad combo, I ordered the bacon turkey bravo plus chicken and wild rice soup, and my sons orderes the grilled cheese / mac & cheese sandwich and bbq chicken sandwich [each with chip and drink with the youngest getting a cookie]. The portions were very sizable and we left full!
I really am a fan of their charged lemonaids, having tried the strawberry mint, fuji apple cranberry, I wasnt too much of a fan of those but settled on a mix of the agave lemonaid + mango yuzu citrus – yum!
The atmosphere of the restaurant, the food options, and the service were all excellent, and ill definitely return many more times in the future.
