We had a fantastic experience at the Hardee’s on Rucker Boulevard in Enterprise, Alabama! We were in town for a volleyball tournament, and Tabitha provided exceptional service. She was friendly, attentive, and made our visit truly enjoyable. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area!

Went here for a birthday dinner for my partner july 19th we didn’t enjoy the experience it was the only place he wanted to go eat for his birthday we were met with attitude from the moment we said dine in definitely the food was the only reason to go the eye rolls lip smacks and huffing was rude and unprofessional if it was up to me we would have left but the peach shake and tea and double mushroom Swiss was so good definitely suggest drive thru or To-Go I think new night shift workers would make the experience alot better felt like an inconvenience the whole visit I mean down to not even wanting to make the shake WORST SERVICE EVER

Of all the fast food breakfast places in Enterprise, Hardee’s is my favorite. I love their Frisco Breakfast Sandwich w/ extra egg and extra ham. I switch that out with one of their platters with country ham. Good food and only rarely have they messed things up.
For a time, they switched all of their breakfast eggs to fried, even though all promotional materials for the platter and Frisco sandwich showed the scrambled/folded egg. They were making folks ask for the folded egg rather than it being the default, as it should have been. I like fried eggs, but in this case, I want what I’m used to having.
Thankfully, on my recent order from this Hardee’s, they made the breakfast items as advertised, though admittedly they cost a bit more now (at least the Frisco Breakfast Sandwich does). Hopefully, this remains true. They could always add an option on DoorDash (or the like) to pick which type of egg one wants–default scrambled or fried.
Update 21-Nov-2025: This restaurant switched back to fried eggs by default rather than do scrambled eggs. I do NOT understand why they decide to change things from what is advertised.

Sabrina B. took 3 mens orders this morning that were in front of me; then proceeds to turn around and ignore me. When she did ask for my order, she asked me 3 times was is carryout or dine in. I stood for 25 mins waiting on 2 platters carry out with crispy bacon. MANY orders from drive through, carry out and dine in orders got taken care of until I questioned why the wait. She was rude telling me it was because I wanted crispy bacon. I could have cooked my own breakfast at home faster. I will not be returning to this restaurant. Poor service and rude attitude doesnt welcome customers to stay with this brand. From her demeanor, she doesn’t value her job.

Is uuts are hot and fresh! Dining room needed tables cleaned off. Almost all of them were dirty. Restaurant was fine, just seemed to be understaffed. Counter person/drive through person never acknowledged us, the lady in the back making the food did.

I’ve had many problems with this Hardees. And PLENTY of other people have too. First, I’m one person that usually spend about $100 on just 1 order, and still have problems with the order or the employees. But this time it was just 2 mushroom and Swiss sandwiches and extra mushroom sauce on the side (which I had to pay for; not cheap). And they can’t even bother to fill up the tiny container.
