Papa John’s Lone Oak is a great place for a pizza! Friendly. Hot. Fresh. Fast. Very, very reasonably priced.

The pizza breadsticks garlic sauce service and price is within reasonably priced the delivery girl was very attractive and followed protocol my food was delivered quicker then expected Pizza left on front porch bench and she took her tip I left her she did an amazing job

Ordered and paid extra for stuffed crust and instead received original crust pizza and still paid $25 for it. Hair was also baked into the crust of the pizza. Called to get a refund or just a new pizza and the girl who answered the phone was rude and not helpful.

This location never disappoints. Papa johns is pricier but you really do pay for what you get and they always have coupons available. Food is always top notch, delivery drivers are always friendly, food always arrives sooner than promised, and the few times I’ve gone for carryout or to pick up a doordash order, everyone has been so friendly and welcoming.
Yall also have the best local stuffed crust, brownies, AND garlic sauce. Thank you so much for always coming in clutch.

I went in to purchase 2 small containers of their garlic butter sauce. The lady at the counter gave them to me for free with a big smile on her face. She made my day! I had rushed around all day running errands & at 2 different places, people cut in front of me for service. So she restored my faith in people being kind to one another. I highly rec papa john’s pizza, sauce, & especially their servers!

I ordered a NY STYLE BEEF pizza takeout and I received sausage. Whenever I called, the lady told me she made it herself and that the sausage and the beef were right next to each other and probably just got some pieces of sausage mixed in. I proceeded to tell her again that the WHOLE entire pizza was SAUSAGE. My boyfriend does not eat pork and he almost threw up when he took a bite. She was rude the whole time and did not take responsibility for the mistake. She finally said she’ll make a new one and just hung up on me. I showed up at the place with the sausage pizza to show her. Once again she was completely rude and didn’t even make it right. My pizza was not a X-LARGE NY style, it was a regular medium pizza. She said her name was MEGAN and she claimed to be the manager. I work at a restaurant industry and I have not seen a “manager” this terrible and not know how to manage. The customer service was absolutely terrible and they ripped me off my money as I’m still trying to get a refund. I recommend any other pizza place beside this one.
